A service I thought would give me some intel on my truck but nothing was told at all. I took my truck to my normal house mechanic and he told me way more info and upcoming services needed etc. While here I pay 100$ for absolutely 0 information. Not happy with my service here. They also tried to say for 75$ more we can do further diagnosing. Yeah no thank you. Lady at the front was nice. Mechanic's seem nice as well. Clean shop. Iffy on mechanics knowledge and how good they are at finding actually solutions. A lot of "it might be" or "I don't know but looks like". Nothing concrete. Just my take.

Called a few places and price was comparable. But service is definitely top notch. They even offer free tow service, which no other company offered. I called asking how much I'd get charged for an oil change BUT with me bringing in my own oil and filter. Guy all rude asks what kinda oil change like what you mean bro lol logically my engine. He said $70 if that's good for some of you guys cool but I've gotten full oil changes for that price!! Got it for $30 down the street and I'm not even going to say with what shop cus it's not about that. Was just disappointed by the price if I'm being honest. Service on my car might've been great! But not worth $70 anywhere to take out a drain bolt and screw on a new filter and oil that I had already provided.

I came in to get my car looked..when i get the call back . they wanna charge me for this this and…read morethat. Then they said "our tech checked the transmission DIP STICK and the levels were super low almost dry ....." WELL my car doesn't have a transmission dipstick...i got a fill plug.. then my battery is completely dead in the most parking lot with the hood up...(wasn't dead before i brought it in) And so my surprise i open the fill plug and ohh shit it has about 3 quarts of fluid.

They said I probably needed to work on the transmission next. Well I thought the $2,000 was to fix the problem but now I still have the problem and they don't really know what the diagnosis was. So I certainly am not going to let them experiment on my transmission. They wouldn't give me any break on additional work so I took it to a reputable transmission shop and got it done right. Don't trust these guys. They don't tell the truth and doesn't seem they have much knowledge. How would you rate your experience or one star?
