When I tried to explain to customer service, my complaint was ignored. They kept sending me emails saying the package was delivered. Of course it was delivered! Just not to my address. I was basically told "too bad". And I lost 135 dollars. I never received the package or a refund So now I get a message from the Business Manager stating: "The policies are outlined at the time of purchase ". I'd like to know where to find the policy that states an employee of this company can send my package to the wrong address and that it would be my fault, and I would have to eat the cost. Where would I find that policy? I'd like to see that policy. I don't think it exists. Horrible company. They basically stole my money

Well sorry to say, I shouldn't have bought it. I wore the shirt out to a bar one night and I lifted my arm and the stitches cam apart on one side. By the end of thi night both sides came apart. You'd have to see the top to understand, its not like I was topless by the end of the night, lol, but it was crappy and it was cheap and it super sucked. Luckily I got it fixed elsewhere and its still a cute top I love to wear, but the fact that I had to take it somewhere to get it fixed up, it cost me more than I wanted to pay and its fine now, but what kind of crap is that really? Only reason I still gave this place 3 stars is because I do like my tank tops for dance class and the people there are really nice people. Both times I've been in the lady gave me a thing or two for free, but other than the tanks, ill probably not buy anything else there unless I like to waste my money. Nice people, cute clothes, but it cheap stuff that they probably just buy from downtown anyway. So buyer beware. Keep a close eye on what you get and make sure its not falling apart before you get it home.

Wow ! Am I furious or what?…read more So I took a few items to the closet trading company branch in Westlake village for resell. One of them was a new 400$ red leather coat . Some items sold but the pricey leather coat didn't. I kept checking weekly to see the status. Suddenly yesterday the item disappeared off their site and my account. I called today and that's when I was taken aback. According to the sales lady they keep it for three months and then if you don't ask for it in writing at least a week before the three months expire then the item is literally theirs to keep. They don't even send you an e mail or text reminder . Just poof - gone! apparently they put it in small letters as part of their contract when you first consign but never actually tell these details to you in person. Class was amazing! It was such a good workout and I love that this location is local to me. They have such a good selection of women's clothes as well.
