When I tried to explain to customer service, my complaint was ignored. They kept sending me emails saying the package was delivered. Of course it was delivered! Just not to my address. I was basically told "too bad". And I lost 135 dollars. I never received the package or a refund So now I get a message from the Business Manager stating: "The policies are outlined at the time of purchase ". I'd like to know where to find the policy that states an employee of this company can send my package to the wrong address and that it would be my fault, and I would have to eat the cost. Wow ! Am I furious or what?…read more So I took a few items to the closet trading company branch in Westlake village for resell. One of them was a new 400$ red leather coat . Some items sold but the pricey leather coat didn't. I kept checking weekly to see the status. Suddenly yesterday the item disappeared off their site and my account. I called today and that's when I was taken aback. According to the sales lady they keep it for three months and then if you don't ask for it in writing at least a week before the three months expire then the item is literally theirs to keep. They don't even send you an e mail or text reminder . Just poof - gone! apparently they put it in small letters as part of their contract when you first consign but never actually tell these details to you in person. So many things to choose from which I've scored some nice pieces. Clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, accessories and so on. And everything was in place. Fast forward to today. Walking in, it was very overwhelming. Felt like things were a mess right when you walked in. At the front where the handbags sections were, things just hanging here and there. The selections and designers items seemed to have gone down. Didn't really see much as they used to have. There were a few higher end accessories, sunglasses but almost the same price as retail. The clothing sections as well was kind of everything together. Even though they had things sectioned off, it was like rumbling through the racks at Ross. Shoe department was a miss. There wasn't much of anything worth trying or even looking at. There was one or two pairs of shoes that was debatable for gifts but passed on it. I used to work retail and understand there's procedures on how you have to be on the look out for theft but when there's other individuals who are lighter complexion with the same items, doing the same things that I have and that I'm doing and they aren't being met with the same energy, that gives off a different impression. Definitely shows there's a biased from the workers mind you the area the store is in is predominantly black and brown... Please note again this is not my first time coming here and I've always enjoyed the store and its products but today was a different experience that wasn't so pleasant.
