We initially hired Adept Builders & Design to redo our staircase and banister, and were so pleased that we asked them to also remodel our powder room immediately after our stairs were done. From initial estimate to the completion of our second project, Leo and his team have performed excellently.  They are responsive, professional, and accommodating. With COVID, all my children are distance learning at home and Leo was sensitive to our time table and worked around our needs. He's also quick to respond to emails, texts and phone calls, and all around just went above and beyond to make sure the projects were going smoothly. For our first project, Adept removed all of the old carpet from our stairs and second floor hallway, demo'd our old banister and railing, and worked closely to achieve my design vision for a clean and modern new staircase. I didn't want to write a long review, because I know when I see long reviews , I feel like ,"Hey I don't want to read all of this. just tell me are they good or not" lol. After having several landscapers visit, my wife and I met Leo ,the owner of Adept. Leo was so impressive. He didn't just look at our yard and tell us what he was going to do. He asked us what we wanted ,and provided us with multiple options and samples to get what we wanted. Once , while he was gone to retrieve more samples , my wife said, "I like him, he's going to be expensive. When he returned , the 1st thing he said was, "Im not cheap" lol ...Well, he definitely was not cheap, but he was more than worth every penny . Having Leo and his crew here for 2 weeks .was an eye opener . Leo's attention to detail ,his experience .his knowledge, his pride and passion for his work was an inspiration to see.He keeps you informed every step of the way ,explaining why he's doing this or why not he's doing that . We had an unexpected shared fence repair on our property and after contacting several contractors I found Lior through a Facebook neighborhood page recommendation. Lior was very professional from the beginning and he dealt with both parties involved on the fence repair in a very professional manner. The materials were delayed to no fault of his own however, he kept us informed and went above and beyond by asking the owner of the lumber yard to write an email explaining the delay. The fence project was finished in about 3 days and the materials used were superior to what the materials our other neighbor had used on her new fence on the other side of our property. After our neighbors had some concerns about the height of the fence, Lior worked with both parties to bring the fence up to height expectations. I've worked with many contractors before, but Lior is hands down one of the best. I'm extremely detail-oriented and have minor OCD to the point where I am usually the one that is telling contractors how I want things done, but I quickly realized that Lior is the same way- in the best way possible.
