I also have a second set of photos with the IAA time stamp at the bottom showing 5/15/24 where these items are no longer in the vehicle. I asked if there was a storage location or record of items that were removed from the vehicle, which was denied. Upon informing the representative that without some form of documentation showing where my possessions may be, and with the photo evidence I would have to assume that IAA is responsible for theft of my property and would be named as such in my police report. I was shortly after hung up on. Now I am waiting for my insurance and the police to handle it. Unbelievable that they operate in such manners.

The second you get there? "Oh, we haven't had those since January. Corporate handles the website, and they fall behind..." Sure. Okay. But don't worry, they DID have a conveniently more expensive 2026 model available for "only" $5,000 more. How thoughtful, right? The entire experience was dishonest, pushy, and incredibly unsavory. I don't even want to go into detail so here is a non explanatory list. -car sold is not ready -rental kept -car delayed and then later canceled -new car is similar. Almost ready -rental, after 3 weeks had a issue -got the new car -rental tryna overcharge -new car battery died same day....theres more. All this took almost 30 days though. And with the car accident causing a total loss of MY car...this process was extra stress just to replace my car.
