Despite multiple attempts to contact the dealership including phone calls & multiple texts I've received no response, no explanation, and no resolution. I can't legally register or drive the car I paid for, and they've not only blocked me from communication but they have shown no concern about fixing the issue. This is not just bad business it's illegal and completely unacceptable. I've filed official complaints with the BBB, Texas DMV, and next will be the Texas Attorney General. We tried to discuss getting a similar make and model from a different store but they expect us to pay 2/3s of the shipping on top of everything else. Extremely unprofessional. This would have been our 3rd time buying from Carmax but instead we will never consider them an option again and will be letting anyone know to avoid Carmax at all cost.
