Cannot in good faith recommend this dealership. They advertise that they'll give you up to $4,000 over market value for your trade... but *only* if you agree to the $3,996 service and $1,000 gap plans. Whoever trains these guys most certainly doubles as a magician because that "extra trade value" disappears the second you decline either one. I especially loved the part where the online inventory turned out to be fictional. They have four 2025 Jettas with under 10,000 miles listed on their website for $20,000 or less for sale. The second you get there? "Oh, we haven't had those since January. Corporate handles the website, and they fall behind..." Sure. Okay. But don't worry, they DID have a conveniently more expensive 2026 model available for "only" $5,000 more. How thoughtful, right? The entire experience was dishonest, pushy, and incredibly unsavory. I purchased 2024 VW Jetta Sport CPO (approx 8k miles) from VW Cypress about 7mths ago for my son who is in high school. The vehicle has been in service center 3 times with same transmission issue leaving us without a vehicle. Last week the car had the same issue and died in the intersection. My son had to push the vehicle in rush hour traffic (very dangerous). The vehicle has been at VW Cypress service center for the past week. I have been told that the part needed is not available and the dealer cannot give me a time frame on when it will be available, leaving us again without a vehicle. Who knows if the part will even fix the problem because they did not the 2 previous times while at their service center. The dealerships only response is "you can rent a car through Enterprise at your expense; we Cypress Volkswagen cannot control part availability." What they can control is customer service which they have none. I have purchased over 50 vehicles over the past 30 years but never a VW. I assure you I will never buy a VW product again. When you purchase a newer CPO, you expect piece of mind of reliability and service. That is not the case with this dealership. When I got in for the service I was handed a paper with three different prices starting at 450.00 plus and up to do the 40, 000 mile maintains. I showed the rep this photo. He said he was not sure why I got this, but it was wrong information. All of you need to get the information correct. This is not a good look for all of you mislead customers. Customer communication was bad. My wife was told an alignment would be $150.00 And when I went to go pick up the vehicle the checkout fee was $419.00. i called the manager for a simple explanation and he has not returned my call. furthermore, there was no proof or diagram (attached to invoice) of car needing an alignment. read more

his is by far the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. My son dropped off his 2019 Volkswagen because the check engine light was on. The dealership kept the vehicle for two full days before even performing a diagnostic, which is frustrating enough on its own. What happened next was unacceptable. They attempted to charge him $1,000 for a repair or $200 for a diagnostic fee, claiming the repair had already been completed. The issue is not the diagnostic fee itself the issue is that they performed work without authorization and then tried to force payment after the fact. To make matters worse, this dealership does not consistently report service records to Carfax, which means customers are expected to simply trust their word. That is not acceptable business practice. I personally spoke with Patrick, the Service Manager, who clearly agreed over the phone that we could pick up the vehicle without paying the fee. However, when we arrived in person, he acted as though that conversation never happened. That level of dishonesty was shocking and extremely unprofessional. When we picked up the vehicle, the check engine light was off, which strongly suggests that no repair was actually necessary in the first place. This entire situation felt misleading and manipulative. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this dealership has been dishonest. I originally leased this vehicle from them in 2019. When the lease ended, I contacted them to finance the remaining balance. I was told they could not do so because the vehicle supposedly had an unresolved recall, but that I could purchase a different vehicle and they would take the lease back. That statement was completely false. I went to another dealership and had no issue financing the remaining balance of the same vehicle. This clearly shows a pattern of dishonesty on both the sales and service sides of the business. At this point, I honestly feel like customers should consider petitioning for this location to be shut down or, at the very least, for management to replace staff with people who are reputable and honest. Based on my experience, Patrick is not. It feels like this dealership simply does not care about repeat customers or long-term relationships, only about getting money out of people in the moment. I kept telling myself not to give this dealership another opportunity to take advantage of me, but because they are only three minutes away, I returned. That was a mistake and it will absolutely be the last time. I would rather drive an hour to another Volkswagen dealership than ever give this one another dollar. Do not do business here. They are untrustworthy, misleading, and unprofessional. If I could give less than one star, I would. They do not deserve one star, that is too good for this horrible dealership. read more

Very dishonest way conducting business. Called Zoey and she confirmed the car is available. Said I will stop by next morning. Read some other reviews after the call and found other people having experienced what I write above. Next morning Zoey texted me asking if I still plan to sop by. Confronted her with what I read online and guess what: the car was not availbe anymore for some shady reason and she tried to sell me another POS that is sitting on their lot. I came in for brake noise. While I was there I had the recommended service done also. I ended up bringing the vehicle back yesterday Friday August 8th 2025 (300 miles/5 days later and being told front & rear brakes.needed replacing. Mr Greg, my wifes original service tech was off last week. I advised yhem yesterday that i didn't want to pay for a brake job if pads were defective. Now im looking at $2300 repair! I'm very upset because this is my wife's car and she transitioned of pancreatic cancer stage 4 on November 22nd 2024. The car has sentimental value to me because I inherited her vehicle. I don't think it fair for me to pay this whole bill, when my chief complaint was the passenger on this service. I'm a Death Specialist with the Department of Homeland Security and if I treated my clients families like this I wouldn't have a job nor team! Backstory. My uncle was about to purchase a GTI from CarMax but instead I told him to let me help. I helped him find a newer GTI for $2k or so more which was manageable. I reached out to Alexis at Cypress to assists with coordinating the sale. This counts as a referral paid out to me. Once my uncle was happy with the GTI deal I had him apply for financing. Jose contacted my uncle when it wasn't his car deal. All the credit was for Alexis since we had been working with him for days. Jose not only stole the sale from Alexis he is also ignoring the fact that he had to add my referral of $150. Cypress would not have had the sale if it wasn't for my referral! This is not good business! I refer and help people purchase vehicles at a fair price all the time. read more

Not friendly to disabled people..I have been going to this repair shop for years because of location.. 95% a pain to work with either taking to long, damaging my vehicle only to get rude with me, down to miss quoting me and charging 2x the amount I approved in the end.. and started immediately having problems after the last 1.. made an appointment 1 week prior, dropped my car off.. waited all day only to be told I have made an appointment for a parking spot and it will sit there for 2 days before they look at it.. I talked with a manager before, he got rude with me and told me I did not understand, until he realized he did not understand... if you go here.. everything in writing.. time frames, totals itemized and be prepared for them not to care and act like you should expect no more from them then what you got... if you just need an oil change great place, it will only be 1100-1600$ but they can do that fairly well and only a few hours.. drive to the woodlands.. oo if you get an alignment but they cant complete it without repairs expect to be charged for another alignment after they repair your vehical.. read more

On Thursday Feb. 5th I was told by Keiyon (the individual that sold me my 2016 Nissan Maxima-great and helpful young man) to take my car to the service department as my car was acting up (felt like it was slipping when driving). I made a point to be there first thing in the morning as this was my only day off for the week and needed to find answers as to what was going on with my car that I purchased not even 90 days ago. FIRST OFF I stood in the lobby for over 10 minutes with nobody greeting or assisting me. SECONDLY the receptionist I am assuming at this point walked straight passed me on her cell phone talking and didn't even acknowledge me what so ever. THIRD (it gets waay worse) This young man who looks to be young man walks over and sits down and said "how can I help you today?" I told him that I was told by Keiyon to come here so they could look at my car, he then cut me off mid sentence and said "what is your car doing?" I stared at him as if he had the nerve to not even let me finish and he would have gotten that information. At this point I asked his name and he replied "Ryan". I said well Ryan again I am here so you and your team can look at my car that I purchased through yall less than 90 days ago. He said they didn't sell cars they fixed them. At this point I was fuming as I felt as if he was talking at me and not with me, let alone not even hearing a word I was saying. He told me that I needed an appointment and that he could not give me answers today. I told him I would have the man that sold me the car come down here and talk with him as I no longer wanted to speak to him. When Keiyon got there I saw them talking in the bay where there is glass doors and walls, I saw Ryan waving his head back and forth (like from shoulder to shoulder) and I knew he was mocking me. (SO PROFESSIONAL RIGHT?!?!?!) Long story short I made an appt for the next day to drop off my car and then had to get a ride into work as they don't offer any service or rentals. Ryan called me 2 days later and said that I had to have wrecked my car due to fresh yellow paint on the transmission pan. I was completely shocked and now upset because I would have known if I wrecked my vehicle, not to mention if I did I would have had it fixed myself and not gone through the "extended warranty" that they threw in (like they did me a favor) my financing. I was quoted $886 to have it fixed as it wasn't covered under warranty (shocker there). 3 days later, I paid over $100 more than what I was quoted but was just glad I got my car back. It is still messing up so I called the service department AGAIN and tried talking to the supervisor, FOR 2 DAYS I LEFT VOICE MAILS requesting an emailed invoice that was itemized showing what my $1000 paid for and wanted to have BJ the supervisor (Mr. Jones) to return my call. It has now been over a week and still nothing. I could not stress enough STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND YOU WILL GET ABSOLUTELY nothing but RUDE EGOTISTICAL workers that provide minimal service at a godly slow rate. I still have no invoice, no phone call, and a car that is still doing the EXACT SAME ISSUE that I took it in for originally. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Watch out y'all. BTW, I researched the reviews and I am not the only one that had the misfortunate experience of having to deal with that "lyin Ryan" kid. I scheduled a service online that had a$0 charge. I confirmed the charge. I sent my car off because I had to go to work. I hey my car back. My car looked like it hadn't been washed and I was out $184.01. I was not notified of the charged prior to and why world I be charged a higher charge vs a lesser charge. I called the advisor back he informed me that I needed to probed proof of the booking charge to prove it when they know once your service is complete that information is deleted.
