This store is a complete mess. It's small, limited selection among shoes, and everything is unorganized. I went looking for training shoes and couldn't find any. It's practically all lifestyle shoes here, and you wouldn't even know until looking at the boxes. They need signs indicating what each aisle is besides gender, and provide better variety. read more

Yelp keeps reminding me I didn't write a review for Adidas so here I am lol! I actually really like coming to this store. First it's at the former Mall called The Block since I know it by the block I will keep calling it that lol! Usually come to get baby girl shoes they had 50% off but all the other shoes didn't have her size. So got only one pair but they are super cute. Got greeted by at least 3 employees trying to sign me up for awards they were really friendly and always have smiles, I respectfully declined. The store is big but always busy, the line is always long but goes fairly quickly. When you check out the people working there are also really nice and they say have a great day when you leave. That's so awesome to me, sharing kindness and appreciation and good customer service is what it's about, especially for retail customers. Stopped by this Adidas outlet on whim on a Saturday afternoon. I haven't worn any Adidas sweats since the early 80's. The store was advertising a "50% sale" off the merchandise tag(s) of the item(s). Meh, could use some new sweat pants, so why not. Selection in my size was limited or non existent. I managed to find two pairs of sweat pants and my wife one pair. We were rung up at the checkout area by a very personable young lady. She scanned all three items, we paid, left the store. The following day I am preparing to scan our purchased as our part if our our roles participating in a national research company that records all of our purchases. When entering data as part of the sam for one pair of sweatpants, I realized the price on the item's tag was $40.00 yet the register scanned the price as $45.00. The sku/item description matched. Now I have to drive back over 60 miles to get this fraud corrected. read more

if I could give zero or negative score, I will. Just wasting entire one hour for getting nothing from the store since all mess happened there. After I paid, I realized one of the T-shirts supposed to be discounted as 50% off only got 30% off, so I lined up again to inquire about it. A lady with glasses asked me where I got the T-shirt, and she asked me to walk her there and she explained to me that it might be misplaced in 50% shelves and it could be last size item. I said it's okay, and if it's true, and I could exchange to a same one without any stain. The lady couldn't find any, and then she told to store manager about that. Guess the store was okay to adjust it for me because it's obviously last one. When the lady was about to process that, she suddenly pointed out the price tag of the shirt which shows " The exclusive item not storewide promotion" and told me she couldn't do that since it indicated that. I was about to pick something else, but then I realized if it was exclusive from storewide promotion, it shouldn't be participated storewide promotion of "75-10,100-15 and 150-25" as well. I back to the lady and asked about it. The lady told me it's just not participating 50% as the shelve, but still be counted for the storewide promotion. I was like what you were talking about. I told her that it didn't make sense to me, and asked for return everything. She was careless, and asked me to line up AGAIN. It ended up with retuning everything and i requested to speak to the store manager. I suggested they to post something to indicate it, so it would be helpful for customers in the future. The manager kept telling me that he didn't make rule for that, but did I ask anything unreasonable? I came out to the Outlet yesterday to check out some workout gear and shoes i need for my running. They had sales and discounts on many items. I wear Nikeys as my running shoes, my girl like Adidas. The cashiers Valerie and another girl there are very rude. I work customer service and I wouldn't treat my customers like that. Worst part is that I wasn't being rude to them at all and I was simply just asking questions about the prices as they mislead you a lot. I visited this store on a recent Friday night and thank goodness that it was not crowded. I spent over thirty minutes shopping, placing several items back on the shelf, returning a few minutes later to pick up those same items etc.. So many choices that it was a hard decision on exactly what I wake to purchase. I ended up purchasing two wind breakers, a pair of tennis shoes, two t-shirts, socks, and three pair of workout shorts. I took my wife shopping here when we were at the Outlet at Orange. When we walked in, we saw that the checkout line was pretty busy but it's because most item at the store was about 50% off. My wife went to try on some sweats pants and jacket which she totally loved. They have dressing room in the back where the shoes are and an employee has to open the door for you. We had a great time inside the store while shopping and the staff were really friendly. You might not find your size at the store but you can always try looking on their website if necessary. My wife got 2 items and we had to wait around like 15 minutes to reach the checkout area to pay. They should have a separate check out for people with items less than 3 to maybe provide faster service to people who don't have a lot of stuff. read more

Short girl problems, I couldn't reach a pair of tennis shoes at the top and he was very helpful getting them for me. They occasionally have store sales (such as 50% off selected items) so you have to stop by (or call ahead). The outlet store has good selections that no one would know isn't the "newest arrival" because everything thing has the Adidas design you're looking to buy. There're some clearance racks, but there's a reason why they're there (i.e. size, damage, style, etc). Location team members are out of sync with customer service. I visit Adidas often this location is always crowded and beyond the greeter team members aren't eager to be of assistance. In my most recent visit the cash register didn't have their barcode scanning device working properly so I wasn't able to use my Adidas app to earn points via my creator pass per usual. I was able to provide my email, however that makes the transaction longer and lines longer. Or the last six months of the visited I've seen long lines and employees conversating with each other more than store associates looking to assist customers browsing. But they are sure to let you know that the dressing rooms are closed If you're looking for an outlet for Adidas I prefer to offer you the online option. This location won't allow customers in 15 minutes before they close and it's not due to capacity, but it's due to the need to clean the store within the hour of closing time. I learned this last week when I attempted to grab some Adidas slides at 6:50p and I was stopped by the store supervisor at the door. It's not posted anywhere on the website and this is the only store that I've ran into this issue when there isn't a max capacity issue. I've visited Cabazon, Citadel, and Camarillo during the pandemic and never heard of such policy. read more

As other have mentioned, the store policy, management, a customer service are horrible. Stay away from this location, better yet, buy Under Armor instead of Adidas. I drove up here today from Lake Forest, as the Spectrum store said that they might have visors. My daughter bought me an Adidas hat for Christmas, but I only wear visors. Not only did I need to wait in line for 15 minutes (12:30 on a Tuesday ~maybe 8 people in this large store), but the supervisor was managing the door, and he clearly saw that I had a return. I couldn't find a visor, so I grabbed a beanie, as I don't want to make this unnecessary trip again. I looked at all of the hats, I saw that my hat was $24. I went to the register and they were talking about a purchase order and whatnot. This was a Christmas gift, I can't be the only person who needs to return a gift. The young supervisor (guy who was managing the door) came over and said, we can only give you the lowest price (possibly on record ever....). I told him that I don't want money, just exchange it for an item, and I saw that the price was $24. He offered me $4.99, no exchange, basically take it or leave it, even though my exact hat was in stock and on the shelf. I'm assuming that Adidas is basically hiring babysitters, as these people have zero customer service skills. More to the point, it seems like no one cares, maybe it's a product of 2020? Who knows, but I'll blame real management for having horrible policies and horrible hires. As a consumer I don't need your products, especially when you don't care, and have a horrible shopping experience. The staff here is beyond amazing. Pablo helped me and wow wow wow! When you go here you have to go and give him a cool elbow high five. He was extremely helpful and just over all he gave great information. I checked out with Kiani and she was lightening fire and knowledgeable. She checked us out with ease and professionalism. They also take all the necessary Covid-19 precautions. I felt safe and secure in the store. They only allow 42 people in the store and that includes staff. They are very pushy for you to take their surveys at the counter. My guess is the cashiers get a bonus or something for getting them. We said no thanks and the girl kept pushing. My experience shopping here was enhanced by the bumpin' hip hop music echoing in the background. I felt as if I was in an Adidas commercial. The organization of the clothing sections was much easier to navigate and spot than those at the Nike Factory at the Orange outlets. The staff was very hospitable and asked us whether we needed help finding something. I was more interested in the soccer clothes. There was team and World Cup 2018 gear (variety is not that diverse but still there). This location is pretty cool. They have a decent variety of shoes to choose from. They had a sale going on so I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes when I only intended on getting one, so that was nice. They just walked on by and continued talking to each other instead of their customers. And I get it, I could've asked for help. I completely understand that. I was excited that this Adidas is back open after it's been closed due to covid, today basically the whole store was 40% off which is pretty good; however all the Merchandise is last season or maybe even the season before that. There is a Nordstrom's rack also located in this outlet I went there before Adidas open and they were having 40% off of everything I purchased some Adidas tops more current than the ones located at this Adidas store for eight dollars or less with the 40% off, a lot cheaper. I purchased 3 items today, a kids pull over jacket, a workout pants and basic logo top.... rounding off to about $80 after-tax. Just left this store. I'd give a zero if I could for no other reason than the team lead, Celeste. I walked in with a pair of no show socks I ordered online to return them/exchange them. (Have the Receipt online). Soon after walking in I was asked if I needed any help by an employee. I talked to her about the UNOPENED package of my no show socks. She gave me her feedback on sizing down but to try them on and see. I enquired about returning an opened package. She replied that as long as they were in good condition, it'd be fine. I walk to the back of the store to OPEN THE UNOPENED package of socks. While walking back the employee comes and asks me if I have a receipt in hand (package still not opened yet). I said, "yes, it's online". She walks away. I sit down and open the socks and put one on. (Socks are a show). The employee comes back to tell me she is so sorry but I cannot exchange or return the socks because they are opened. She was very nice and apologetic. We went over everything she informed and I asked "and you guys really aren't going to do an exchange because of the misinformation YOU gave ME.?!" She said yes. And that it was on her. I asked for the manager and I was brought to the store lead, Celeste. We rehashed EVERYTHING in chronological order and she said "that's correct". She refused to give me an exchange. Offered no apology, no discount, no store credit. CELESTE, you are horrible at your job. I will not shop here and welcome the store manager to reach out to me. This was the most ridiculous adidas interaction I've ever experienced. I will go to Yelp, IG, yahoo, and adidas customer service and will be calling the store manager. Smh. Wow. To add. Celeste also said you can't do online returns or exchanges in store. I'd have to go to a FedEx store.
