Keep in mind all they were doing is an oil change and a simple petcock valve! 2 days passes so I call back to check the status and they said they still had not gotten to it but they were doing it then, its Friday now, I say ok I will pick the bike up on Monday. I waited till around 330pm to call on Monday and I was told that the bike was still not done and it would be done that day or Tuesday and they would call back to let me know. Tuesday comes around no call, so I call and they tell me they had just ordered the petcock valve and it takes 1 to 2 business days to receive it, and that it might be done Friday. I expressed my concerns about them lieing to me several times about working on the bike and timelines. Long story short it took them almost two weeks to do an oil change! They also spilled oil all over my bike, and I now have to polish it. They were extremely rude! I decided to pick my bike up and take it elsewhere to have the petcock valve installed. They also rudely insisted that no one else in the county works on older Harleys but I found three all with better ratings than them within 5 to 10 miles of them. If i could give zero stars I would! The owner said that the other people that were telling me about the bike weren't him, and they have no idea what theyre doing only he does, but I spoke with his wife who lied to me several times, gave me false information and just had no clue what was going on. Super unprofessional and they left oil all over my bike. 0 stars save yourself the trouble takke your bike elsewhere. I took.pictures of the bike and a video to show how much oil they left on it but it wont let me post it on here.

This is a little late, but still relevant. We had a king pin installed on our class A coach. After…read morethey inspected it and said it needed a king pin, I submited it to out warranty company who authorized the repair. A few days later RDI said the threads at the top of the knuckle, where the grease cap goes was damaged and needed a new knuckle. After getting the estimate RDI was told to stop work in case it needed to be inspected. I told them to order the knuckle but not complete the work. After not hearing back from our warranty company I called them and long story, they wanted to inspect. Called RDI and the work was completed. Thanks RDI. After looking at the knuckle, it appeared as if a hammer was used at the top, as if driving in the king pin. It certainly could have been repaired with a thread file. Fast forward a couple months and the coach was taken to another shop that was local to me for an oil change and they pointed out the lower grease cap on the knuckle that RDI replaced was missing. There was a little dirt inside the area and little grease. I contacted RDI and their reponse was that there were no parts left over when the intial repair was completed and if it fell out it's on them. I asked for reimbursement for the cap and they stated "there's no way to verify when it fell out or if it was something we caused" I advised them if it wasn't installed it's on them, if it was installed and it fell out it's on them. They never responded back.

Unfortunately, I'm going to be about $28,000 to do the job for you. Just to be straight up and honest with you, from what I have found out you would be money ahead to have Ford replace your engine. From my blind calls to get rough estimates from Ford, your going to save 8-9 thousand using them. I have tried to give you all of the discounts I can to lower the price. I'm sorry , I can't get the job done for you in a reasonable cost. I'm just trying to be honest with you. Hope you can understand. I Took the Truck to another diesel mechanic and was told it had bad injectors which were causing the Issue from the Start ... I'm Expecting to get another 100K out of it Now,Run's Great , RDI are Professional Parts Changers;;; Not Mechanics. Also None of the parts replaced were Ford ... And had Multiple Injectors Leaking as seen below ...
