Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy dealer. For two full days I was in active communication to finalize the deal. I was explicitly told the bike was being held for me. Shipping was already arranged and everything was ready to move forward. Without any notice or basic courtesy, they sold the bike to someone else. have to give them a 1. I bought a 2011 Can Am spyder off ride pro in March from Mike. Less then a week after I had it the engine light came on and it was dying. Ride pro picked up the bike and took it to be fixed and brought it back. All good, or I thought. Fast forward 1 month and the engine comes on again, and check steering light. This time I had to pay to haul to be repaired. . The same night I got it back , the transmission is not shifting right. Im convinced they knew the bike was bad and sold it to me anyway , i should sue them. If you buy from them bring your own bike mechanic and check it over and do not trust them. read more

last september i purchased a 2010 victory vision trike from ride pro for $ 14,000 because of winter coming and my health i waited until the warmer months so i could do a detailed inspection of this trike. when i finally got to check it out little by little, i found nothing but problems. dead battery, after being on a trickle charger while in the garage no air filter, bad clutch, steering issues, brake line attached to the frame with plastic ties. i have not yet finished going over this trike. after numerous attempts to contact mike by email he finally responded and told me that this was the first time he heard of my issues, he said he test drove the bike and it was fine, that i have a hard time believing. because i am a 75-year-old vietnam veteran who was looking to go from 2 wheels to 3 wheels i was looking for a trike. when i saw the victory vision trike on ride pro the design struck me as something you don't see every day. the ad only showed one side of the trike because there was paint damage on the side that was not shown. that little bit of deception should have been a red flag for me. i contacted the better business bureau in florida, they made attempts to contact ride pro and got no response. if the trike was sold to me in good faith, why would they not respond. to this day i have not been able to take this trike out on the road. very disappointed after this purchase. bob henke shrub oak n.y. read more

We have been looking for a Trike for a long time and had many bad experiences with people not being truthful. Then we came across Alex and the Ride Pro team. Really 5 stars are not good enough to rate them. We talked with them several times before taking the trip to Tampa Florida { we live in northern middle Tennessee. } We saw many pictures on eBay of the Trike we was interested in, that was in detail of the Trike. We even seen a video on you tube. But sometimes things can be deceiving as we had experienced in the past. Alex even sent us more pictures of minor things he wanted us to see, like normal little dings common with riding a Trike, even though we didn't ask for them. You have to understand that having a Trike has been a dream for us as we are getting older and love to ride bikes.
