It was still leaking in March when it was nice enough for me to get on the roof to find 40+ year old flashing that we agreed needed to be replaced before the project started. I had to take off work to explain this to his contactor, and he agreed to replace the flashing. It leaked again last week so I had a third party go on the roof to see if they could stop the leak. He found the new flashing was improperly installed and had old flashing underneath. Now I have to find a competent roofer to fix the work as well as a plasterer to fix the ceiling and wall that are destroyed. Avoid this nightmare and choose a different roofer.

Please do not use them. I would give them zero stars if I could. From the tornado we had over…read more$100,000 in damage and they got us $6000 after 7 months. They did not follow up with State Farm or reach out to us with any updates. I had to reach out to them to tell them my adjuster changed, or how to reach the adjuster, etc. They were disorganized and unhelpful. They would not release us from our contract despite the issues we brought up to them until our attorney called them to force the release. They also originally told us we would pay 10 % of the payment we receive, but then changed it to different numbers based on "the work they put in". It was a horrible experience to work with them especially after going through the stress of rebuilding our home after the tornado. Steer clear!!
