Indeed, the filter was leaking so I brought it back and they replaced it and cleaned the area. I'm not sure if it was sloppiness on the changing of the filter or just a cheap filter (the replacement when I brought it back was a different brand). It just makes me uncomfortable that they didn't do a good job the first time, even though they did make it good the second time.

Had a check engine light go on and Norms couldn't figure it out- "some electrical code" they said and "we don't really do electrical stuff" so they cleared the code, charged $120 and sent me on my way. You'll be shocked to hear, the check engine light returned. Took it to the dealer, they figured it out of course. Any shop that says they don't do electrical stuff in this day and age is a red flag- most cars are essentially computers now.
