I had to go back and ask this shop to reinstall the wheels correctly. And finally, I now need an extractor kit just to replace the front rotors since the retainer screws are stripped. thx (i had recently replaced the retainer screws by hand, so I knew they were in good condition before this shop mangled them) And finally, they are way overpriced for this sort of service.

When bringing in my car for more major issues, Nhia explained his findings in lay person terms and provided me options. There was no hint of disappointment or degradation of service when I selected the low or mid tier repair option. I don't like coughing up dollars for auto repaired any more than the next guy.
