The last time I was here, the service techs were awesome, showing me my ancient pickup while it was up on the lift. They won't try to up-sell you on work that you don't need done, and if they are troubleshooting a problem, then will start small and inexpensively to try to solve the problem before they try more expensive repairs. We had them repair the faulty turn signal switch in our minivan, and when they finished it up and we got it back, the airbag dash light was on all the time. So I called them back, they apologized and checked it out, found they installed a faulty part, and they replaced it and did the labor for free. That's quality and honesty right there! I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. A $50-off coupon will not bring back my business.
