They then said I would get a confirmation text letting me know that they had spoken to me, which never went through. I'm completely sure that was a bogus claim as they sat there and tried to fake like their system was having a hard time processing the information. I'm pretty certain I signed up for something I never actually agreed to, and this has me feeling so wronged. This is a terrible practice and I am beyond furious by these scammer tactics. If I call and the issue is not resolved immediately, I will be livid.

Their new appointment is in 13 days, meaning we'd be without hot water for 25 days since our initial call.
