However, Windows World employees did measurements twice and provided incorrect measurements. That is why the installer was unable to complete the job initially after all preparations were made by me. Even though I would have loved to give Windows World 5 stars (as requested by their automated text AND email), how could I after a mistake like that? Maybe if they offered compensation for their error and delays I could have in good faith gave them five stars. No compensation was offered for their mistake. Sadly, we live in a time in which "the customer isn't always right - he's wrong". Time will tell if these windows are in actuality, good quality. But he refused to listen, claimed he told us to wait until Monday (which is not in our call recordings or my notes), and canceled the service. Very unprofessional conduct. We suspect this company is discriminatory due to us not sounding like we are from the area and being based out of state. We also paid for our job, but have yet to receive a full refund.

I went on the roof with him and he noticed damage in some areas. My insurance company sent out one of their inspectors and he noted the damage. As always my insurance company nickel and dimed the situation to do the bare minimum of repairs. The Restoration Guys know what they are doing, they got me a full roof replacement . It took some time and some fighting with my insurance company, but they guided me through the process and in the end the whole roof was replaced for just the cost of my $1,000 deductible. It looks great! And I highly recommend them Just be patient through the process.

Yes, that long ago. But every time I see their commercial I think I should write this review. Well now I'm doing it. After looking at their products I was very impressed. The materials and workmanship were beautiful. So we had them come out and look at our project. The initial visit went well. I liked what they had to say and what they offered for the price. We ordered a new sliding door for our sunroom. We knew it would be a bit of a wait, that was ok. COVID was effecting most manufacturing with manpower shortages. Finally the day came when or new door was delivered and the crew would install it. Two very nice and very experienced gentlemen showed up. They unpacked the new door to find rather significant flaws in the finish. To their credit, they showed it to us immediately and recommended they order a replacement rather than installing this one. We agreed. There was another LONG wait until the new, new door showed up. On that day the same crew showed up. They unpacked and inspected it and we all gave it our approval. So the install began. They removed the old door assembly. Prepped the opening. And set the new door in place... just to find, to all of our horror, the door was too short for the opening. It was a full 6 inches short! The installer immediately called their office and informed them of the disaster. They, intern made a million apologies and then proceeded to rush order another door. The installers jury-rigged the wrong door in place to fill the opening (in the middle of winter) until the 3rd new door arrived. Finally the day came when the new, new, new door arrived with the installers. They inspected it, measured it, and when satisfied installed it. Finally... It was done. The finished product is beautiful. It works beautifully. We love it. I'm glad we have it. I wonder every time I look at it if it was worth it. You will have to decide that for yourself.

Knock on the door from an ill prepared salesman who said they were in the area that day. Had to haggle about the price and were offered coupon after coupon (price without any of the coupons was astronomical). We were offered a cruise we had to pay for (not a free cruise, only a voucher for a company that offers cruises to people who make large home improvement purchases). Huge lack of communication from the company until the actual day of the install (we had to call them several times about the cruise voucher, about a receipt, about scheduling; things were really only taken care of once the owner of the company got involved and handled things). We were given no direction to move furniture or window treatments prior to installation. Day of install was great, aside from my husband having to move all the furniture out of the way and take all the window treatments down because the installers are not allowed to do any of that, and aren't even allowed to help. Installers were professional and efficient, covered all our stuff with plastic, and didn't leave a mess behind when they left. Seriously, other than the furniture being out of place and the new windows, I would have never known they were there when I got home. So if you choose to go with this company, beware of the process prior to actually getting the windows. The installers are great, the windows are great, but the company itself and the way they handle things can give you a big headache.

They took five weeks to finish the outside of the house because they needed to order replacement parts that were damaged during removal. They needed eight weeks to get replacement woodwork for the inside because (you guessed it) they damaged it during removal. If I hadn't had to consistently call to find out the status of the job, we'd probably still be waiting to get it finished. COMPLETE AMATEUR HOUR. Do your self a favor and find someone that can do the job right.
