AMAZING little shop!!! We haven't found a really good donut place since we've moved to TN and THIS IS THE SPOT. The donuts are delicious and such a good size, bagels are so soft and egg and bacon are delicious, she went back and cooked everything for them so they're incredibly fresh and sooo flavorful. We also got some iced coffees and they're very tasty. My husband picked it up for us the morning and the woman (I'm assuming owner) he said was so so kind, bubbly, and just such a wonderful personality to chat with. Ok, I'm knocking off one star because of supply issues. You would think that if they sell out EVERY DAY (even weekdays!) by 9:30am they would learn to make more donuts. I don't understand it! They lose so much business because of this. HOWEVER my biggest tip, seriously hear this: ORDER AHEAD. If you want to guarantee to get the donuts you want, call ahead the day before to order. We have been here three times now and even took out of town guests and that is when I finally learned to order ahead. And the awesome thing about ordering the day before is that you get to pick all the donuts you want and they will be sure to make them! Get the blueberry fritter and the Boston cream. You will not regret it! The strawberry cake donut is really good, too, like blueberry cake donuts you've probably had but, well, obviously strawberry flavored! The only kind of donut they don't have that we wanted was crullers. Everything we have had from here has been top notch. Just reeeeeeeally wish they would make enough to last until mid-morning! Who wants to get up at 7am on Saturday just to make sure to get donuts before they sell out?? :( read more

This place is soooooooooo good. Known for their glaze donuts but you can't go wrong with anything. So glad there's finally a donut shop besides Dunkin in Farragut. Usually a long line so go as early as you can. When they sell out for the day they sell out. Such a great treat!! Hope this stays for a long time!!! read more

I don't know how anyone can rate this place since they never have any actual donuts available. I've been in there three times before 9am and they are always out. TWICE the man said they have been out for hours. If you own a donut shop and are out of donuts by 7:00-7:30 why aren't you in the back making more donuts. Last time I we will stop by. read more

I called to see if I could order some donuts and the girl that answered the phone ask me to hold on. She waited on the people who were there I'm sure when the phone rang and then everyone that was walking in cause the door bell kept ringing and she would greet the people and ask what can I help you with. After 10 minutes I hung up. If you don't have time for customers on phone don't answer it. That was rude and won't deal with them ever again. read more

This place opened up about 6 weeks ago and I couldn't wait to try it out because there aren't any fresh donut shops in Farragut. I loved it, the inside was warm, clean and welcoming. The service was friendly and fast. I had a bacon maple donut and a white cream filled long john, both of them were amazing. I had a small cup of the house blend coffee which was excellent. There was a great selection, I can't wait to get back there to try something else. I definitely recommend it. read more

There's natural light in the café enhanced with cool toned ceiling lights accompanied by minimalist pink and gold accents with natural wood features and a few fake plants. The music was mainly rap and R&B. Every seat has a table, though PPC doesn't offer much in the way of comfy seating, as furnishings are ikea-style chairs and metal stools. There are a couple outdoor tables for nice weather. I hope as this the Café establishes roots, we'll see more seasonal drink menus, comfier seating options, and more (real) greenery.
