Friendly help. Yummy donuts. Locally owned. Their original shop is down in Maryville. This one is a tiny bit closer to me. I do miss Pop's (what it used to be, the Apple fritters were the best), but Richy Kremes are solid donuts. Not too big, not too expensive. Not too sweet. Filled donuts are actually filled. I've been in Richy cream donuts; both locations. The donuts were fresh, they had a great variety and we enjoyed the taste.

They have a lot of delicious treats here but my personal fave is their kronut. It's flaky and delicious (and also quite popular) so if you want one you should get there early. I've tried several of their other donuts and they've all been good too. Prices are reasonable and the staff here have all been welcoming and greet me with a smile. I'm no longer in the area but whenever I come back a pit stop here will be in order. read more

Richy Kreme Donuts opened in Knoxville a couple weeks ago and the line still wraps outside. I arrived around 10 AM and it was still busy. The kolaches go fast, so arrive early if you want some. It's a small building where you order your donuts to-go. Glad they opened up in Knoxville! I've been wanting to visit the location in Maryville for the longest time. I'll still have to visit the one in Maryville just to make sure they sticking to the same recipe. They've been open for 74 years...they must be good! read more

Saturday morning, only a few people in front of us. All of the donuts looked good. The cronut takes like a Krispy Kreme. The Bavarian chocolate donut was heavenly. Husband loved the strawberry jelly donuts. The red velvet looked good but will have to try on the next visit. They were busy but still polite and patient with each customer. This is a pick up and take with you place, no chairs or tables. You can grab some napkins if you think you can't make it home without trying them. read more

Wow, just came from camp honey coffee, please go there for coffe, just up the road, and skip Richy kreme. Horrible. It's father's day and I guess they precooked donuts, because, wow, the driest donut I've ever had. I paid 14 dollars for 6 trash, and I can't express enough, trash donuts. Woke up at 5am on Mothers Day for my daughters, who are mothers, to get them donuts from Richy Kreme. seeing this was their idea I got a little of everything, and I'm glad I did. In years past Richy Cream has been my go to place for donuts. But something happened and the quality hit rick bottom. I splurged today and bought four Apple Fritters priced at $1.99 each. They looked a bit dark but I did t think anything about it. I took one from the bag only to find a stale and burnt pastry. I called the store to let them know. They were not concerned and told me to bring them back. But that would cost too much gas to drive back. I asked her to let the manager know. I don't think I'll go back again. That's two visits getting bad donuts. Quality has left Richy Cream. What a sad day. read more

First off, let me admit that I've been eating Richy Kreme since before I could walk. That original hole-in-the-wall donut shop where the parking situation required you to have nerves of steel and a disregard for your own safety was part of my childhood. The outside was sketchy, but inside was the yeast donut of your dreams. Fast forward several decades, though, and Richy Kreme fell under new ownership, expanded and renovated the old place into a hipster haven, and opened a new location in Rocky Hill. I was dubious at best. The first time I walked into the new location with its cases of over-the-top creations that looked nothing like the limited menu of my memories and everything like a hundred other trendy donut shops, my soul withered a little. Richy Kreme had always been a Maryville secret, an IYKYK kind of place. How could they ruin such a good thing? Luckily, my fears were unfounded. Like the old logo they kept unchanged, the Richy Kreme original lives on, unparalleled among pastries--except for maybe the apple fritter, and friends, you're gonna need a few of those to-go. The donuts are good with good variety options. The service used to be good but now, not so much. The employees are rushing all of the customers to make a decision. When I visited today it was not very busy but there were a few people in line. The person in front of me hadn't finished putting her money up when the employee told us our total and was rushing the other customer to leave. Once we got to the register the employee walked off before our transaction was even completed. The employees are dry and lack luster. I felt this way for the last 2 visits. read more
