Ooofff. We have never been to such an inconsistent Dunkin' before. Living in other states, Dunkin' was our go-to when we couldn't find a local spot. We loved the reward system in the app, the highly customizable drinks that were super easy to order via app, and how reliably consistent our drinks were. Not here. Every now and then, our drinks will be correct and give us hope. Then we will order 1 cream and 1 sweetener our drinks will be white as snow and as sweet as candy. In addition, they have altered the rewards system to be more like SB's and we are not a fan. We used to accrue free drinks easily and it was more of an incentive to go to DD's. We now use mom and pop spots pretty exclusively or Starbuck's when we must use a chain. The SB's are far more consistent than Dunkin's in this area. If I am knowingly overpaying for a coffee, I want to know what I am getting. Tip: If you MUST get a coffee at this location, know that the drive-thru takes forever (no exaggeration-it may be the slowest drive-thru we have experienced in Knox). Ive been going to the N Campbell Station dunkin for over a year now consistently because they NEVER disappoint. The staff are all so sweet and the atmosphere is electric. Although most of them are young, they are lovely. The food and drink quality is awesome and you can tell the staff takes well care of all of their product. It's not in my nature to troll establishments with poor reviews, but this is an exception. Sunday, my wife really wanted me to try the Beyond Sausage muffin, so I obliged and we went! After ordering 2 beyond sausage muffins and 2 coffees, we took a seat and waited. 20 minutes later, an associate yells to me from 15 feet away, "Sir, I only have one of the beyond sausages muffins. The others are froze." (Actual quote). I looked at her with astonishment and paused for 15-20 seconds, then replied, "Ok. So what are you telling me? Are you making my order or not?" It was at this point my lovely spouse motioned for me to stand and whispered to me, "Just take your coffee; I will take care of this for you." The other patrons were rather amused by this interaction and were eager to see how this would play out. I strolled outside with my coffee and began to wait.... and wait... and wait. My handler, had to get back in line to request a refund on a muffin that should have been easy to simply cook. The manager asked her, "You want a refund?" I was hoping this was some kind of rhetorical quip, but no... I think she actually thought we'd just donate the money to Dunkin'. The manger finally figured out how to do a refund. This store is poorly staffed, operated and managed. The franchisee is at risk of losing their investment. This location recently moved from across the street based on conversation I overheard and the fact that Yelp has it slightly down the street. For a new location not everything looked new. Some things looked a little dingy, tbh. The bathrooms for instance had a power plug going to under the sink to power the sensor in the faucet. I've worked with sensors on faucets before and getting a battery pack is an option. But in a new location, hardwiring may also be better than a plug. Also, the women's bathroom had no soap. The counter with the sugar and straws was spilled on even though it wasn't busy that I could see. The drinks were ok. I asked for extra cream and didn't get it. So after taking a couple sips I asked for more cream. The barista put more in and then stirred it with the long spoon they use on other drinks. I think she realised what she did because she paused before putting it back in the storage cup. I hope she washes it before using it on someone else's drink. (I'm not sick right now, for what it's worth. And I hope she didn't do that with someone else's drink before making mine... ) Overall, it wasn't my favorite Dunkin. The lady was nice enough and the drinks came out quickly. I'd prefer more time spent on cleanliness and sanitation though. read more

I absolutely love Dunkin but this specific store is the worst. Sweet pepper bacon is easily one of the best sandwiches Dunkin has come up with but for some reason the normal sandwich comes with very little actual bacon. To fix this I ordered $2 of extra bacon, what should be 3 times the normal amount of bacon. However, when my order came out I only got like 2-4 pieces are you kidding me? What kind of breakfast place is stingy on bacon? Don't come to this location. There is another Dunkin 5 min down the road, trust me you won't regret going there instead. read more

This is literally the worst Dunkin' Donuts ever! There is not a time I have gone there that they have actually gotten my order right. Their coffee is Burt and their donuts are stale and hard and that's just the beginning. Some of their staff are also chauvinistic pig and will take every male patron instead of a woman. I am so disappointed and tired of spending money for them to one not put any effort and make sure that an individual order is correct and two that there is no sense of urgency and when you go in there even though it is a fast food establishment. Terrible service! Only got two stars because I love Dunkin' Donuts coffee. This Dunkin recently moved locations. At first it was a beautiful place and the service was awesome. Over time like a lot of places in my experience the service kept getting a little worse. Here recently they have been consistently screwing up orders. I should check the order prior to leaving but my fault I have faith that the business will do what I pay for. So I get home and the order is incomplete. The staff is not nearly as friendly as they us to be. The really friendly staff I use to see are no longer there. Not sure if it was owners or managers who now think everything is fine now I can stay home more. The only reason I am posting here is because I have made complaints to the web sight and called the business and received no feed back from them at all. I paid $4.37 for 2 bagels after waiting in line for 18 minutes. When i open the bag both bagels barely had cream cheese on them. I went inside to ask for more and the employees were extremely rude and tried to charge me 1$ per packet of cream cheese. Then the lady working the register smirked and said "it's 1.09$ with tax" & walked away. I've went to multiple other Dunkin' Donuts and have never had an issue like this. Worst Customer Service Ever. He was very rude to me and it seemed that it was on the grounds of racism. I am asian and both customers before and after me were white. He was very friendly to them, engaging in small talk and asking them about their days. However with me, he was incredibly rude and was very slow in serving me.
