The quality of the repair is absolutely perfect and that is not an exaggeration. I have a tendency to be picky and a big pain in the ass (sorry Darren). One thing I'm very impressed with is that with all of the work we have had done at Fisher they take the same care and attention to detail with my wife's 200k plus mile work car (Sonata) as they have with my Expedition. Chad and his team have been amazing each time - timely, transparent, and helpful in navigating insurance companies. The last claim required an adjuster to come out and evaluate my vehicle, and he had nothing but good things to say about Chad and Action Auto Body. When you have a claims adjuster saying good things about you, you know you have a good reputation. I also needed a windshield placed and Chad stayed after hours to get it done so I had a vehicle to drive the next day. Overall super pleased with Action Auto Body - I picked it out a few years ago on a whim because it was close to my apartment at the time, but so glad I have a place to take my car for work when I need it. I brought my car here after a small accident expecting professional service, but what I got instead was a chain of mistakes, poor communication, and outright refusal to take accountability. When I originally picked up my car, there was a clear error message, "Charge Port Components Missing." I returned the vehicle within 30 minutes, but rather than fixing the issue promptly, they let it sit untouched over the weekend while the battery slowly died. This kind of neglect is unacceptable especially for an EV where battery health is extremely important. After they finally delt with the charge port, new problems started to occur that were never present before. Most importantly, serious issues with my dash screen that had worked perfectly fine for about a month after the accident. Despite this, the shop continues to insist these problems are due to the car being "old" and is now refusing to fix them. They even tried to shift blame to the insurance company instead of owning up to the fact that this happened after their service. I've tried to be patient and understanding, but I've now run out of options. I'm left with a vehicle in worse condition than when I brought it in, and no one is taking responsibility. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this shop with your car. Especially if you own a Tesla or EV.
