I originally took my Chevy Colorado to Adolfo Auto Repair based on the positive reviews and brought the truck back multiple times for ongoing drivability issues. Repairs included a fuel pump, tune up, brakes, and attempts to address the idle code, but the truck continued having low power, stalling, and check engine light issues. After continuing to experience problems, I decided to get another opinion and returned to my previous mechanic at Al's Auto Repair. They rescanned the vehicle and identified a cylinder 5 misfire along with the idle issue, and provided a clearer diagnostic explanation and repair direction. I appreciate the work that was done previously, but I do wish the root issue had been identified sooner, as it resulted in repeated visits and additional stress trying to figure out why the truck continued breaking down. read more

I am not from the area, and was visiting. I had check engine light come on a few times, flashing and was worried I was going to damage car if I continued to drive it. I went to Adolfo's on a Saturday morning, right when they opened. He took a look at everything, used a scanner to check vehicle history of light, asked questions, asked clarifying questions to be sure, and provided service. After service, he ensured the car was good for rest of trip by taking it for a test drive. I forgot what he told me (the part) but it was a sensor that was triggering the light and contributing to the issues the car was giving me. He charged me a reasonable price to look at it and clean the sensor. He told me he was 125% sure i would be able to make it to my destination without issues and I did! Adolfo, antonio and his crew are the only guys i trust in town with my car. They dont overcharge you and always honest with the car's problem. For eg. I got into an accident with my mini. I took it to a garage down the road from where i live, they quoted me 3000 to fix the suspension but adolfo's team only charged me 650. They wont do anything to try to charge u extra or do any unnecessary repairs. Depending on the repair needed on your car, these guys are able to give the car back to u in no time.
