Trish was there to greet me and take my coat, a small but simple gesture that removes the question of where to place my things. She made sure to explain everything in a clear, easy to understand way and made me feel completely at ease. As far as the facial goes, I have sensitive skin and have had redness from just regular massages when they massaged my face. I didn't experience any redness, and the next day my skin was glowing and felt AMAZING! I have pretty much zero skincare routine but was never pressured into buying any skincare products. I love doing business with places that I feel comfortable in, without any pressure. That alone makes me want to come back. The salon was so neat and tidy--I was really impressed! I experiment with my hair often, but lately I'd let it fall to the wayside. I explained that I wanted something shorter, but that my hair was frizzy, fine, and curly...and I really didn't want to look like my mom. Chansa did an amazing job with my curls. She styled it wet and scrunched in some very light hair cream, and I was so very happy with it.
