First, the tech didn't even have me wash my hands before he started painting so the polish was applied over dirty nail beds. He also cut one of my fingers during the process, and while I reacted in pain, he just looked surprised and didn't apologize or acknowledge it. I showed him a simple nail design I wanted, but he refused to do it, saying he couldn't, and instead talked me into a plain royal blue French tip -- which was not what I wanted. To make things worse, the paint isn't even fully covering the sides of some of my nails. A couple of my nails are crooked, and the gel is applied so thickly that they just look bulky and uneven. To also add I wanted some length to my nails and he didn't want to do that either. I paid $95 and I left feeling frustrated and honestly embarrassed by how my nails turned out. I won't be going back for services.

I did pick out a color and reiterated I wanted the same color for my toes and my fingernails, which was gel on the toes and dip polish on the fingernails. She assured me that she had the color for gel and for dip polish. When completed she had a young man work on my manicure. He removed my previous Polish and went to put on gel polish. I explained to the young man that I wanted Dip polish on my fingernails. He stated they ran out of the dip polish. I informed him that I would not have picked this color if there was not a matching color. The young man stated I can do dip clear polish on the bottom, but then do the rest gel polish. I explained to the young man this is not what I requested. I told him that I will pick out another color for dip polish on my fingernails, That will also be in gel polish for my toenails and my toenails will be redone Due to the negligence of the previous technician, not communicating properly. Upon checking out, I was informed that there is a 5% charge if you pay by credit card, I inquired where the sign was posted and he stated it's here on the counter. You could barely see it because the tape was crumbling, and the wording was hidden underneath the rolled up tape. I paid for the pedicure, however when it came to Paying for my nails, he said it would be $45. I asked him is this just for a polish change and he said yes. I explained to him that I requested a manicure the manicure was given. He said you have to get gel polish in order to get a manicure. This is comical to me as I have never been to a Nail salon that states you must do gel polish in order to get a manicure! I will never go to the salon again, Nor would I ever recommend the salon to anyone!!! consumer beware Of the salon!!! To the owners I highly recommend communicating with your customers and listening to your customers. Make your sign bigger that says you're gonna have to pay 5% if paying by card.

She took her time and really scrubbed and cleaned my feet. The nail polish was perfect that she put on very gently. Their nail salon is very cozy a lot of people in there getting their feet and nails done the atmosphere was very relaxing. Playing music and they had a TV on that you could watch. Probably one of the nicest places I've been to where all the employees are very kind and courteous to you. In all it cost me $30 with a $5 tip. Well worth every penny thank you Annie.

From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We never felt rushed once. They made sure every single detail was exactly how we wanted it -- from the nail length, shape, filing, trimming, and colors. They truly cared that we loved our nails before we left. I had trouble choosing a color and they patiently let me try multiple colors until I found the perfect one. They never made me feel like a bother, and they absolutely did not disappoint! After leaving my toes were completely tore up with skin flaking off and small cuts all over my toes. I called to let them know about the cuts and to ask about cleaning solutions they use on their tools and the man on the phone told me to "go to the doctor." I asked if I could have a credit or reimbursed and he laughed and told me "I will just treat you when you come in next." I am extremely disappointed and concerned for infection. I am a registered nurse and let them know that there is huge risk for infection as well.
