While highlighting, my stylist came across a huge black spot on the cap and some had transferred to the hair (I have pictures that corroborate). I called Lauren Ashtyn customer service and they called me a "LIAR" and accused me of making the black spot - refused to take it back and refund the purchase. UNBELIEVABLE!!! The guy at customer service said they even talked to Lauren herself and she said "NO". I have never been treated so horribly! I was suffering from an autoimmune disease at the time and I have muscular dystrophy. Perhaps at the Pop-Up, they thought they could take advantage of me given my disability. I told them I would write negative reviews and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which I am now doing. In addition to the fraud, they made a terrible business decision, because I've purchased 16 wigs over the last few years from other, more reputable sellers.
