Chau and his family are amazing.... when I was unable to make it back to pick up my jewelry Chau reached out to make sure all was well. He also reassured me that whenever I was ready my stuff was finished. when I tell you that I am hard on my jewelry it's an understatement lol. I came in with 2 broken chain, pink diamond tennis bracelet, 1 broken ring and 1 smashed ring I don't know how it happened... They were very polite, honest and very reasonable pricing. I have no complaints about my service or the repairs made to my jewelry. They took great care of my items. I was given an estimate and a time frame that was great. They are our jewelers for life! Chau and her father are skilled, helpful, and kind. They have never told us they can't help us with anything we've asked to have repaired. I have had three rings repaired, including them having to resource special color stones (twice)! They even invited us to their store's anniversary party; the food was amazing and they had jewelry as door prizes! This shop is so welcoming! I met Mr. Hoang's daughter who is so smart and kind. Then I left my 81 year old diamond engagement ring, which belonged to my mother, for some extensive repair. A bridge with a diamonds had lifted up and the prongs on the main diamond were deteriorating. Mr. Hoang promised he would take good care of it. Well he did! I have no doubt that my mother's engagement ring looks as good (if not better) than when she received it on 12/25/1941. Adore Bijoux is in far north Dallas, a bit of a ride for us, but I will never let anyone else take care of my jewelry...and if I'm ever ready to buy a fine piece of jewelry, this is the ONLY jeweler I trust. read more

My ring was 3 separate bands and the main one had bent many times. I looked up jewelers and was impressed with the reviews and jewelry at this store. I go in, I explain everything and they say the price, which was way less than expected. Im not someone who has the privilege to buy nice jewelry all the time, so the price wasn't cheap because the quality, it was a grateful moment. AND they said it would be done in a week. The whole process trumped my expectations greatly. They called me to let me know my ring was done, LESS than the week I was told! Fantastic. Just fantastic service. I recently got engaged in Honduras. My ring was too big so I took it to have it sized there. What a mistake!! They messed up my ring and I was left with a messed up ring that was too big.
