If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my order online 2+ weeks ago and it has not shipped yet. The order immediately went into "processing" stage and when I called to cancel my order they said they cannot cancel since it's in processing. However, it's been in processing for 2+ weeks and I can't imagine that's going to change anytime soon. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an online clothing store. They never once fulfilled my request for the items I was looking for, and even when I had an in-depth email conversation about it, they still did not send anything I was looking for. I kept an item from each box as to not waste more money , and the last one I sent back, they charged me $20 as an item was damaged. Adore me is a scam of a business especially their online shopping takes 2 months to get refunds and then they keep $6 of each set for a "restocking" fee and customer service line rings with someone picking up hours later only to hang up on you. This is a brick and mortar store, even though they are an online site for lingerie. All of the women in the store were incredibly nice and welcoming! So very helpful, I got measured and they helped me find some things that fit well. The store is well stocked, the fitting rooms have these smart mirrors in them that allow you to call for help or search their entire inventory. I ended up buying a new bra (got a free pair of panties with it) and 5 pairs of underwear for $25. Total was $75, had fun looking through stuff and trying things on. First they use confusing and manipulating words on the front page and don't explain anything good at all. I signed up for my very first box I was charged $20 and given a delivery date of May 16th then the date was changed on the website but I was never notified expect delivery on the 22nd USPS has no record of this package being sent for delivery so I called on Friday Annie told me that the package just hadn't been picked up yet and to call back in 24 hours so I called back this morning and was told that the package parent Lee got lost in transit so I requested a refund and cancelled my membership never got to see a product and now I'm hoping I actually do get my money back. I have to start off by saying I would love to give them a 4 or 5 stars for their Elite Box. I have loved everything sent to me. The stylists really listen to what you want. But I have had two boxes already that were not delivered, yet on the website, it states delivered. Then, they want to charge you and then reimburse you. UMMMM...... NO! If I didn't get the box, I should not be charged. But last time, they did credit my styling fee to my next box. That was a good thing. I hope they do it again this time.
