I have been looking for a store to do fittings since Lady Grace closed. When I asked about fittings i was brought out back by a very young girl who clearly did not know how to measure or do a fitting. If I had not asked to wait while I took off my sweater/coat she would've measured me with it on. The measuring tape was held very loosely and I am guessing was about 2 inches at least too loose. The first bra she brought me was hanging off. I suggested a smaller band but instead she said a smaller cup. So that barely fit me. At this point I just gave up because she clearly did not know what she was doing. My younger daughter was with me as well and had the same experience. I would never suggest this store to anyone. Considering the prices they charge I would think the service would be much better. I should also mention I tried twice to make appointments for sittings online and never heard back so we tried walking in today. I would've been even more upset had we made an appointment and had this experience. Bottom line if you are looking for a true fitting and good service this is NOT the place! If I could give zero stars I would.

When you're so happy with the bra you wear it out of the store and recycle what you came in with, you know you got the best shopping experience of all. Shapes change, needs change, ordering the same bra year after year from an online company just isn't the best way to live your life if you've got bigger boobs or you're over 25 and gravity and hormones are getting involved. The selection of bras is extensive despite the small size of this shop- don't be deceived! They also have their own brand - my friend loves their undies- and special handwashing detergent to make your bras last. Despite…read morehaving appt for "fitting", when I entered store another customer came in after, who received hearty greeting and spent time talking about her home renovations with 2nd sales person supposed to take my appt, while I stood waiting to be acknowledged by 2nd sales person. Even after first nice sales person told her I was waiting. Was given a bra that didn't fit, at all. Person supposed to take care of my appt continued to other dressing room to 2nd customer while I as trying one on. Think because I showed up in jeans and tee, not dressed up, she didn't realize was about to drop cashola to get right products. First sales person tried to convince me to stay (she was very nice), but, was miffed how 2nd sales person supposed to help with my first time ever appt, didn't handle. Won't waste time going back. Didn't mind waiting a few minutes, but being ignored, didn't make good impression, especially when ready to make investment.

Evidently, the salesperson doesn't understand how you get long-time clients is by treating each and every customer like they were rather than they are expendable and not worth their time. I selected one bra. Normally good salespeople will ask would you like additional items in that size or a different type. Nope, not this salesperson; because she was too busy picking out items to try on for her other client. I was willing to spend some decent money on a good set of bras. I reluctantly bought the one and really should have just left without buying anything. I will not be back.

They know their stuff and they have been in business long enough to earn their good rep. Their front window displays alone are always so fun to pass by and enjoy since they switch it up every season; reminding me of a more fun version of the movie Mannequin. I also just learned yesterday that they work with a leather worker for their wide selection of chokers, cuffs, bulldog harnesses, etc. the leather work is soft and comfortable and criminally affordable; they even offer custom made pieces made to fit for the same price as the ready made product! How do they do this?? I love you guys. A small other detail I love is the personality of the space. They have their own line of shirts with fun prints on them and unique art on the walls that I had just as much fun looking at while browsing. All in all wonderful place and can't wait to come back
