If you are a teenager DONT COME HERE. They are so rude and first attendanted the adults that came after me ! Even though I called 30 minutes ahead. The nail technician argued with me over the shape I was requesting and then while I was still drying my nails a different nail technician next me me said " Oh you can leave now" very rudely. I will not come back here and I do not recommend this place. read more

Friendly staff. Average nail place overall. Nothing really struck me as beyond-average or exceptional. I got a gel manicure for $27, which I've gotten at different, more updated places where they had more gel polish options including different brands and ombré or mood changing polish, so maybe their prices are slightly high since other, more updated places offer the same service with higher quality or quantity of products. Maybe I'll be back, maybe I'll go to a place where I can pay the same price for the chance to pick from a wider variety of options. read more

The way they tend to customers and get them seated as soon as possible was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and I loved it. But the only thing I didn't like is the lady that did my full set rushed it. She cut my thumb and continued to pick at it when I continued to pull my hand away. She applied the gel polish messy and continued to rush it. Usually they would have you wash your hands afterwards but she didn't tell me and rubbed lotion on my hands when there was nail powder on my hands still. I asked her politely if she could add glitter to one of nails and she didn't do it which bummed me out. I expected a lot more from this salon based on the reviews. read more

Update on my review. I decided to knock it down a few stars because of a bad experience. I went it for a lip wax and when I requested a manicure after, was told maybe cause there was no available nail technicians besides the lady waxing my lips. She looks around and sighs loudly and with an attitude says "I'll do them then". She did an amazingly horrible job and claimed my cuticles weren't to be worked with and if I wanted a proper manicure then take care of my nails. Are you kidding me? My nails aren't even close to looking bad but she was just trying to convince me not to get a manicure. I could of easily waited for a different nail technician if she had such a problem doing my nails. The job she did on my was so poor that when I went to get a manicure at a different nail salon, the nail technician offered a free service to fix up my horrible manicure. She had seen them while I was getting a pedicure and asked if I wanted a manicure too and I said no cause I had gotten them done and looked me dead in the eye and said the lady did a poor job and whatever she told was just out of laziness. I'm leaving some stars because of Ana, a technician who loves working with her customers. She's sweet and if you go there, request her but other than that, I don't recommend this place. read more

I went today for a gel manicure and a pedicure. I went in my normal flip-flops and had been working in the garden so yes my feet were a bit dirty. As Heidi was scrubbing my feet with her yellow scrubber, she was showing the other workers the dirt that was coming off the scrub brush and what was on the floor. This made me feel very uncomfortable. She kept speaking in her dialect and the other coworkers would look over I believe one of them is the owner. I hope they understand this is why I go to the nail salon so they can make my feet look "pretty again". I don't want to go and feel shamed or insecure about them doing their job. Don worked on my finger nails and he was nice enough but, giggled with the girls as they spoke in their language and looked over at me. I felt very uncomfortable and did not even put the chair massager on because I knew I couldn't relax there I just wanted to get it over with and leave. I got recommended to get my lashes done by Tracy from a friend and OH MY GOD, I love how they turned out. I usually get my lashes done in Victoria Gardens and they specialize in lashes only. They charged me $50. She does a WAY BETTER JOB and it's only $25!! I'm seriously thinking of switching my lash ladies lol. It looks so natural and long. I love it so much!! read more

This nail store is clean and welcoming but the owner and people who work there like to talk smack and being disrespectful about their customers like calling them old hacks . My friend got me an appointment right away with her long time manicurist which I am appreciated she took me in right away. However when I was there she keep asking me if I was Vietnamese, I told her no . Once she established I wasn't then they begin to talk smack about their customers. They started off with me saying I have dirty feet. I was taken back and offended when she said that about my feet then I realize what she meant is I have lots of dead skin on my feet since the other manicurist also complaint that her customer have dirty feet My manicurist also complaint about my friend feet saying she has dirty feet too LOL Hello isn't it the reason why we come to this type of place is we want our feet to look nice and pretty? If our feet are nice and pretty we wouldn't be coming to see them would we? Anyway moving on the manicurist starting to complaint about my friend tipping saying she only tip her 10$ like she is some type of a cheap tipper however for 60$ cost and you get 10$tip isn't bad if you asked me. I was slightly amuse listening to them trash talking about all the customers . Infact I never hear them saying anything nice about any of their customers. This is only nail place that doesn't seem to give a crap about their clients and what more surprising is the owner doesn't bother to stop it I should have run as fast as I can when my feet was done but I got talk into getting my eye brow wax then I stupid enough to decided to get a full set for the hands by another manicurist since I am going on vacation I wish I didn't because most my nails lift by the 6 days Nails are not even and she did an awful job that I have to manually taken them all off by the 8th day I would never go back since why I do want to contribute my hard earn money to a place that don't value their customers from owner to employees and by them disrespecting their clients when they don't think you understand what they are talking about read more

I went to get a gel fill and one lady started and another finished. Not even a week later and the polish came off one nail and major cracking. I called with my concerns and was told to come another day, that if I came that day I would be charged . I didn't care if I was going to get charged again and scheduled an appointment. Called to make an appointment for 2 pm, the lady on the phone said to come at 230. So I came and all the chairs were full. Still waiting at 3 when the guy starts to set up the pedicure bath for us the lady says no no you wait....and has 3 other people go to the chairs. They are expensive, but I keep going. I've left dissatisfied 1) when my regular lady (Oh god I'm awful; I don't know her name.) didn't do my gel set, and they started peeling after the third day. 2) My eyebrow wax was rushed and sloppy once, and a hint of attitude when I asked for a couple more plucks. 3) They get very busy around 5-7, so I left without service after waiting 20 min. (Admittedly not their fault, but they kept saying, 'We be right with you honey.') Worst experience!!! The technician yelled at me when I told her I wasn't happy with the shape of my acrylic nails. I told her that I wasn't trying to be rude, but merely wanted her to fix them. She then started ranting loudly and other customers started staring. I was so embarrassed. I told her as the customer it is important that I'm happy with my nails. She proceeded to tell me that she didn't care if I'm the customer. After ranting again and slamming her instruments she gets up and leaves!!! She didn't even finish my nails! The owners husband comes over and says, "well it's your fault." Wait, what? He wasn't even there when I explained to her how I like my nails! I tried to tell him that I did tell her and she just kept filing them. He wouldn't even look at me. Finally an older gentleman came over and said he would finish my nails. I was so humiliated that I wanted to cry. Not only did I hate my nails, but I was yelled at and then left there with people staring at me. At the end, the owners husband still charged me!!!!! Worst experience ever!!!! Just for an FYI- I had been here before and even brought customers prior to this incident. Not one person apologized or offered to rectify the situation!!!! My appt was at 9am and was out by 10:15. I can't not say how Happy this place made me feel and how fast I was in and out. I had a pedicure which Helen worked on so hard as I had cracks in my heels. She was gentle and no pain. This is the first pedicure i ever had that i can honestly say my feet are like babies feet. Cindy did my pink and white fill and they were perfect. Not too thick just beautiful! I will return every two weeks. This place is clean and professional! I love them. They used everything new for both! Awesome place I swear! This is my top choice to get my nails done every time I visit Riverside. The environment is clean, spacious, and calming. They have plenty of massage chairs and they welcome walk-ins. I just completed a manicure and pedicure combo. Cindy did my gel manicure and Trinh did my pedicure. I must say, that I am very pleased!! Both were very pleasant. Trinh was awesome because not only did she scrub a pound of dead skin from my calloused feet and did an amazing massage, but she also made me laugh. I go to get my callouses removed and they do a great job. $35 for a Deluxe Pedicure is a good deal, and their polish and gel polish jobs last a long time.
