Called to make an appointment for today (Sunday) and they took me in within the hour. Vanes (Va-nes) was the lady that did my Gel -Full set manicure and my pedicure. She did a really good job and was very friendly with good customer service. I enjoy the hot towels on my feet and she did a good job with my nails. Several clients were raving about their services. But, it's been 4 days since my service and the gel on my fingers is already peeling off. Well lets start out by saying don't go to this place. It all started by having to wait longer then what we were told when we went into this place. Then they start with my pedi which was okay but they don't dig or scrub like other places and i pay less then here. Then it came to my gel mani which absolutely sucks. When she removed the old gel they filed it off with the machine which made my nails extremely thin so thin I pulled away because it got hot. Then she broke one of my nails filing the gel off. She glued it but that night the glue didn't hold the polish was not dry and it lifted it is peeling off and there is polish on my fingers as you can see in all of the pictures attached. I will visit one more time and that visit will be to get my money back. read more

Parking-- not so great. That's not the salons fault though. Loved my nails and felt this was an overall great visit. I've been going down the street to World Nails because the prices are cheap and the quality has been consistent and great, but they definitely might have some stiff competition. Will not be back to this nail salon. I made an appoint at noon to go in at 6pm that night for a fill and pedicure. The girl doing my nails had another customer who showed up late for her appointment so they were doing her pedicure. The other customer was complaining the whole time she didn't have time to wait so the nail tech rushed through my fill. They stuck me in an empty chair for my pedicure no water or anything. I sat there for about 7 minutes, when I make an appointment it's because I don't want to sit around waiting for a tech to be available. When I realized it was going to be to long to wait I got up to leave they said I could get a pedicure when they were done. why? I wasn't late! When I went to the front the tech tried to say I didn't schedule a pedicure which is a lie not only did I tell them on the phone I told her directly when I walked in. They proceeded to "discuss" (I'm assuming because I couldn't understand what they were saying) then she said they were short handed, I was just trying to leave because I didn't care to hear the excuses. Went in for Mother's Day my Hubby made me an appointment. I had to wait 15-20 min after my appointment which wasn't a big deal considering they were busy. Everyone was friendly. I didn't get gel on my toes and I waited 2 hours to put my shoes on. My sock ended up ruining my big toe on both feet. I ended up going back later before they closed. The first thing the lady said was "Next time get gel" I told her I didn't like gel on my toes and she responded "well you got it on your fingers" I told her that it's hard to get gel off so I normally don't get it but today I decided to get it on my hands. Instead of blaming me for not getting gel she should just do her job and not pack on the polish like she's working with gel. She corrected it but she spoke in her language the entire time. I'm sure she wasn't happy she had to correct it. I don't think I'll ever go back here. I always get polish on my toes and I've never had that experience. I just moved to Riverside within the year and I don't think I'll be going back to that salon. You shouldn't tell customers what they should get honor what they want and do the job your paid for. I even tipped her. Other than that I had a good experience that's why I left 3 stars. However today my fiancé was already sitting in the chair to get her nails done when the tech got up and went to help a woman who walked in after her. I want to leave this review as a warning. I am not a difficult customer, however the way this nail salon made me feel urged me to leave a warning for others. I don't frequent nail salons often because I am a working mom and self care is not a priority. I had time to stop by while on a break so I came in to this nail salon hoping to relax for a quick mani pedi before my long day. I walk in and let them know that I had a gel pedicure but did not care for a gel pedicure again. Immediately Tina with a pushy energy lets me know that I might as well get the gel pedi for $12 because it's going to be $5 to remove. Her attitude was so off-putting that it put me on edge immediately. I would've probably had a full service pedi if I didn't feel like they were shoving it down my throat. I came in to relax, which is a luxury for me. I mean I had no shave November going on in my legs, embarrassing but not shameful because #workingmomlife. However, I didn't expect to feel uncomfortable because I didn't upgrade to gel pedi and didn't shave my legs before coming in. I may not understand the language they were speaking, but they made sure I knew they were making fun of me. Laughing on que rt after I said no thank you for the 3rd time when they asked if I wanted gel pedi AGAIN. I tried to remain as calm as I possibly could after I realized what they were doing, mostly because I didn't want to expend anymore energy here. However, unless you are comfortable with rude and entitled workers who could care less about your experience with them, I would stay FAR AWAY from adorable nails. I am grateful to have the emotionally maturity to pay for the services and even tip after my experience. I did that for me, not because this establishment deserved it. read more
