The nail salon is really pretty when you walk in and the layout is very eye appealing. However, I went in for a pedicure without an appointment and they said that they would immediately take me. I sat in the chair they filled up the bowl with water and I let my feet soak for about 30 to 40 minutes. Not one nail technician came over to me and a girl walked in right after me to get a fill-in. She also did not have an appointment, they took her before they took me. So I just sat there soaking my feet and they begin to get wrinkly. After about 40 minutes they said they would get to me after they took care of two more appointments. I said "it's OK "and left. Probably won't ever go back especially because this is my second time going and the first time wasn't that great either. read more

Honestly thought they were awesome when I got them done but 2 days later my right ring finger broke off doing laundry. All of the clear coat has came off which now caused the nail polish to come off. And just now pulled up my pants and my left thumb came half off. Super disappointed as I thought they were awesome but now I'm just kinda pissed off as they were more than pricey and cost 37$ for nails that kinda just fell apart. Asked for a simple manicure with gel. 3 techs later the worst and result I have ever seen. Colossal waste of money. HOW DO U SCREW UP GEL!

Not a good place to go. The owner can't do no damn lashes. And a lady who sits behind her can't do no damn nails and specks no English. After, my first visit getting a pedicure, I realized Tammy and Sonji act like they have they picks who nails they want to do. Staff is really two faced talking their language like you don't know they talking about you. And they overcharge people on the low. That's a shame all women regardless of their race should be treated equally the same. I'm be glad when more Americans open salons!! read more

She is a perfectionist, and surprises me each time with her attention to detail and her artistic talent. She is gentle and takes personal ownership of her work. Lisa makes beautiful nail art, and is a solid and true professional. The atmosphere is relaxing and the people who own the salon have integrity. If you are looking for a regular (non-gel) mani/pedi skip this place. They do not have traditional nail polish. I was unaware when they started my pedicure that the brand of polish they were using was gel polish. They applied the polish as if it was regular - they did not put my toes under the light. There are two issues with this 1) the color did not resemble what the sample I was showed, and 2) polish remover isn't removing the nasty colored polish on my toes. Thankfully I figured it out before my manicure was done and I had the guy only put clear polish on my finger nails. The place may do a good job if you are looking for other services but I'm good and annoyed about my experience. read more

Very disappointed in my nails. I got a manicure and pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure was very rough and it was not even close to being relaxing. Worst pedicure and fill in i've ever gotten. The polish on my fingernails looks so sloppy and there is also polish on my actual skin. I also needed a nail repaired and My repaired nail is a completely different shape and length from the rest of my nails. The woman who did my pedicure cut my big toenails two completely different lengths and one was cut down way too short. The polish on my toes also looks sloppy. I was very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I took my daughter and son-in-law and to get pedicures. My son-in-law has never had one and after a very tough week we wanted to treat him and hopes he can relax some. They took myself and my daughter and began the pedicures while they put him in a pedicure seat and had him wait for 25 minutes with no water in the bowl or anything. We saw others walking in and getting taken care of immediately and was unsure why. We were told that men in that salon could only service women because of the owners rules and there were only men available! We were told that none of their male manicurist had a problem Preforming a service on men and other salons they worked at they did all the time but this owner would not allow them to do so. The owner was sitting in the salon listening to the whole conversation and never said a word and just allowed him to sit there with no one acknowledging him because he was male. She also had a client in her chair that was following her own nails every time she stepped away because clearly she was not doing it the way the lady liked if that says anything but did look very Unprofessional . This place does have some very good manicurist who are very accommodating and should definitely find a new place to work where they don't have to discriminate and they can be professional make money and do their job. The owner never apologized smiled or acted like she even wanted to be there. I would not return but I definitely would to several of their people when they exit and go to a new location! read more

They swapped people in the middle of me getting my nails done which is fine but if you know the person taking over is real old school like early 90's and can't give me a more modern design I asked you for don't just tell her "French" and that is it. I have been going to Adore Nails for about two years. They have such a turnover of staff that you can never count on getting the same person twice. Recently, the staff has gotten really bad. One tech can't even do a simple manicure without messing it up, for example. Also the owner used to be friendly, but in the past six months seems to have a problem even greeting you. Was super happy with my experience until it came time to pay. My nails look great, even though my fingernail color doesn't match my toenail color? I am very disappointed in this salon. All I wanted was a simple polish change on my toes which normally is very quick and easy. My nail tech is literally painting on my skin as we speak. She didn't clip my toes or file and I asked her why she isn't doing that and she said she forgot. So then she went back to do it and she clipped them jaggedly and uneven. Then she went to file them down and it was as if she has never even held a file tool before and barely didn't do anything. She also kept asking for my approval but I wasn't going to be rude and tell her to fix it because there's no point considering the fact she has no idea what she is doing. She started to paint them and then took it all off to start over because she "forgot the base coat" and then she didn't even put the base coat on the second time around? I can see the brush strokes and streak marks on my toes and she didn't even paint up to my nail bed and not to mention she is getting paint on my skin.
