I asked for Kevin, who did my nails previously, however he was booked. Tony assigned me to Mai (not sure if the spelling is correct). I explained that I like a high arch "smile line" and I showed a picture of my nails done by my previous technician, as well as another picture and she "understood the assignment!" They are usually always busy and we do try to book ahead, but they do try very hard to accommodate walk-ins. It is a bit pricey, as I feel most places are now days. I'm getting older and do not like the rising costs to support the economy but i can-not blame the establishment for that, they are competitive with pricing in their area. i would like to see them offer a discount day or a frequent guest plan.
