Instead of taking me back, they left me stranded in the woods for half an hour. I called the front desk for help and the lady hung up on me. When I went to get my security deposit back, they tried to keep it and started antagonizing me -- calling me broke and saying I couldn't afford the bike. This is very bad business. I'm not sure if I was treated this way because I'm Black, but the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. Think twice before booking here.

They list their location as 961 NW 7th St, Miami, FL 33136, which makes it seem like you're booking something in a convenient Miami location. However, AFTER you book and pay, they send you an email with the actual meeting location: 15515 SW 177th Ave, Miami, FL 33187 -- which is out near the Everglades, about 40-45 minutes away and roughly a $100 Uber ride. This was never clearly disclosed upfront. To make matters worse, they don't answer their phone at all. You're told "book and we'll contact you," but the only communication you get is an automated email after you've already paid. I contacted them within 10 minutes of booking to cancel once I realized the real location, and they refused, citing a 24-hour cancellation policy that is only revealed AFTER purchase. This feels extremely misleading and unprofessional: * Hidden/unclear location * No real customer support * Policies only shown after payment Be very careful before booking--make sure you know exactly where you're going, because you may not find out until it's too late.

The person we spoke with told us the price we were asking about was for our group, so we paid the required $20 per-person deposit ($60 total) and completed all of the online waivers. When we arrived, the operation was extremely disorganized. Although our reservation was for 10:00 p.m., they were still checking in guests with 9:00 p.m. reservations. We waited approximately an hour just to reach the check-in window. Once we finally got to the front, we were told there was a $200 security deposit required for the UTV. This was never mentioned during our phone call. We later found that it was only disclosed in very small print in an email sent after we booked. What upset us the most was learning that the $20 per-person deposit ($60 total) did not apply toward the cost of the tour. It was simply to reserve the spot, and we were expected to pay the full tour price plus the security deposit when we arrived. We felt these charges should have been explained clearly before booking.After the long wait, unexpected fees, and lack of transparency, we decided to leave without taking the tour. We also did not receive our $60 reservation deposit back. I understand businesses have policies, but customers deserve to know all required deposits, fees, and payment expectations before they arrive. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking without first getting every charge explained in writing.

It did not get better and by the time I could say something again, we were 90% done. His engine was CRAZY loud and clearly needed a tune up or something. These ATVs are not well maintained AT ALL! We also did not get the full hour. We got 50 minutes and spent about 15 of that stopped to handle multiple mechanical issues. I spoke with the front desk afterwards who lied and said "they only go 20 MPH" (even though the tour guide himself admitted "44 had problems" and people were passing me...) but he reluctantly gave me a partial refund to get me to go away. If you wear glasses just like I do, get ready for it to be a little bit uncomfortable as the eyewear will crush your glasses on your face. It is very easy to drive and anyone can do it. Just press the button. The ATV's get washed after every ride so it will always be clean. My only thing was that the helmet smelled a little bit, but once I got past that, I had a great time. They will also take your picture and video, so don't worry. I will definitely do it again

They led us away from the supposed broken bike to say something afterward. They didn't care if she was okay or tell any of us. While still shaken from her fall, they pressured my friend into paying an additional $150 that wasn't even in the waiver. The waiver clearly says if 4-wheel flips, which never happened. The ride ended earlier than agreed, and we're still waiting for the video we paid for. They are ripping people off and are negligent, careless, dishonest, and dangerous. At the very least, buy your guides a cheap whistle or walkie-talkie--and maybe a first aid kit--before you put more people at risk.

Such a smooth process and come prepared with the temporary boating license which can be found on their website. It was my first time, but the crew gave good instructions and helped us on our way. Melvin even let us store our things with him. Price: there's no hidden fees or security deposit. The price includes everything. It even includes 2 beach chairs for the day which was nice. Jet ski: new Yamaha jet skis and you have such a wide area to jet ski in the water.
