As someone has who has done numerous ATV experiences... my advice is to avoid this one like the plague. They tried to charge me $30 more than the balance due. When I questioned it, he said "oh you have the coupon code" and then charged me $20 more than the balance due. He said the reason was "tax" but clearly, I already paid the tax as shown in the screenshot. I went on because... it was just $20 and I wanted to just get on with the fun. It went downhill from there. My ATV was messed up the entire time. It never went over 20MPH. I finally let people go around me because it was so slow. The tour guide noticed and said "Oh. 44. Yeah that was has been having problems for a while" and proceeded to pull the throttle cable to "fix it." He said we'd swap it out if it didn't get any better. It did not get better and by the time I could say something again, we were 90% done. Oh, and I was only able to say something because we were stopped... because someone else had an issue with their tire. The guy in front of me... His engine was CRAZY loud and clearly needed a tune up or something. These ATVs are not well maintained AT ALL! We also did not get the full hour. We got 50 minutes and spent about 15 of that stopped to handle multiple mechanical issues. I spoke with the front desk afterwards who lied and said "they only go 20 MPH" (even though the tour guide himself admitted "44 had problems" and people were passing me...) but he reluctantly gave me a partial refund to get me to go away. Sad to say all this because ATVs are one of our favorite excursions. Steer clear of this one! read more

Our main tour guy was Fidel, I give him 1000000000 stars. He was great! The other 2 guys were also great, but only got Fidel's name. They always made sure everyone was riding good and following. Zero stars for customer service, the guys barely speak any English which is fine because I speak Spanish too but they were kinda rude and non communicative. Barely gave any instructions. Zero stars on the ATV's, the one I got seemed very old and slow. I was fine with it since it was my first time and I was terrified to flip over so slow and steady was just fine with me. Still, I think the ATV I got should be retired. The pick up area was very sketchy, the whole thing seemed very sketchy... idk.. especially because there was hardly ever any communication. Also, restrooms are porta potties , so be aware before you get there. Be prepared to be muddy and wet! Our shoes were drenched and so were our clothing. New shoes were ruined so make sure to take old shoes. All white clothing was ruined too. Overall we had an amazing time!! Giving it four stars because it was an epic experience and the guys seemed to be professionals at it!!! read more

With so many mixed reviews, I was skeptical at first about booking. I decided to text and then call to ask a bunch of questions. After doing that, I felt comfortable enough to give it a try. We had an absolute blast! I chose the two-hour night tour. Be prepared to get dirty! They sell masks and goggles, but you can also bring your own. I felt safe the entire time, as they had guides both at the front and the back of the group. Luckily for me, because I accidentally turned mine off, they quickly helped me and made sure we caught up with the group. The guides allow you to have fun while keeping you safe throughout the tour. this was my first time with this company and we went for my friends bday I dont know if the guy in the kiosk which is supposed to take our info down is just a worker or the owner BUT he provided no instructions, did not greet anyone- we had to go up to him and ask questions We asked about googles said he might not have enough so we purchased some there and at the end of the tour let the ppl who borrowed some keep them (this was nice but sucked because we payed for ours) Fidel and Omar who were in charge of the actual tour were the absolute best they deserve 5 million stars - they truly watch us to make sure u are safe but also allow u to have fun! Booked a nighttime ATV ride (9pm) for a Friday. You are advised to arrive about 15 minutes early to check-in and complete their liability waiver. The location was a little difficult to find but they have a trailer that sits inside a UHaul lot. When it's time to depart, all riders jump into a creepy white van (lol) and you are transported to the field where you start your ride. Dress appropriately (in something you don't mind getting dirty) and bring your own mask/scarf to cover your mouth. I was hoping we would be provided with one or that one would be available for purchase but I didn't see that as an option at check-in. We overheard from some other riders when we got to our location that they may have ran out and that's why one wasn't offered (super disappointing). It was also very cool so I'd suggest wearing a jacket or long sleeves for night rides. What I did dislike was the lack of communication as things were taking place. Once we got out the van at our location we were just standing around while the employees sat on their phones. We didn't get assigned our ATV until around 9:20pm and our ride started at 9:30pm. We were provided with goggles and a helmet for the ride. We returned from our ride at around 10:20pm to drop some other riders in our group off who wanted to head home. Our guide took us back out for about 45 more minutes to free ride in a wide section of the field. The experience was fun. The field is huge and the guide takes you down various pathways. We were first behind the guide so with enough distance between us we really got to enjoy picking up speed, hitting some dirt hills and riding through muddy puddles. I would do a ride like this again. Once back at the meetup point we waited maybe another 5 minutes before the van returned to take us back to our vehicle. read more

So we booked a tour on Monday when we arrived in Miami for Friday morning at 10am. We arrived at 915 to a phone call asking to reschedule for the afternoon at 230. The gentleman who called was pleasant and apologetic, but a phone call 15 minutes before we were to check in when it took 45+ minutes to get here is unacceptable. What an amazing experience in a hidden part of miami you wouldn't even know about. If you are looking for something different to do I definitely recommend this adventure! You can contact them to make a reservation and then the day of you'll meet at the location where they sign everyone in. Get there early so you can hang out after. Check in was very organized and they provide tablets to sign the waivers. To park make sure to lign up on the side of the street and not inside. They have for sale some good goggles which I recommend to keep the dirt out of your eyes. I would recommend to bring a buff or something to cover your mouth. After they pick you up in a van and take you to the location where the atvs are waiting for you. They go over a safety briefing and make sure you are comfortable with the operation of the atvs. They ask you not pass or ride on the fields. After riding in a group you reach an area where you can have some fun and ride around without needing to follow a line. Just wish they went a little faster because I'm a speed demon but I'm sure they limit them for liability purposes. If you can go on the sunset ride try to book that one for the best experience. Dealing with them was a breeze and they'll make sure you have a good time regardless of what the special occasion is. read more

Had a hard time finding this place because the email had an incorrect address but we mentioned that to the boy and he stated they just now started with the online system so they are working on it, and called his boss right away to mention the error. Other than that it was a pretty great experience. My tour guides name was flash he was very friendly, we had lots of fun with him riding through the mud *don't come here like some people I saw with their favorite white shoes and big chains onthis is not a place to look cute. It's a place to have fun and get dirty. Mid tour he stopped us so we could all get group photos with an amazing background. He also got videos of us going through a big puddle however, he airdropped me someone else's group, but it is all right I understand it was a lot of people and I did receive my deposit back these people aren't scammers as described in other reviews ‍‍ read more

Honestly worst customer service EVER. I have gone on different atv tours and decided to give this one a chance, but definitely regret it. My boyfriend and I set up a 2 hour tour for 11am - they texted him around 9:30 am asking if we could do 12 or 1 because they worked until 3am ... honestly not my business. If I wanted a 12/1pm tour I would've booked it. We said yes to 11:30 just because we live close so there was no inconvenience on our end. We arrived, filled out paperwork and the van picked us up at 11:40. We started the tour around 12:05pm & at 1:15pm .. I'd like to say we rode an hour but we stopped to get some water and pictures (not complaining about this, just thought it should be mentioned) so realistically it was around 45 - 50 mins. Someone in the group complained and they offered to go another 30 minutes but at that point the whole experience had been ruined. The trail is just an open dirt road, nothing crazy .. also their contract states that they give you helmets and goggles but they only gave us helmets and my eyes were burning from the dirt. The only good thing I do have to say is that our tour guide was a nice young kid. But truthfully, save your money and go elsewhere. read more

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! The person who did our tour was on his phone for half the time. It's sad that his job is to drive around on ATVs and he can't even do that. Since he was on his phone we were going very slow. They charged for a 2 hour ATV tour but in reality it's: 45 min wait to ride, ride for 1.5 hours / sit around on ATV in heat for 30 minutes. We finally got into the van nearing 2:10 and were off the ATVs before 4. Many times we were sitting around for prolonged times and at a certain point the workers started showing us donuts and tricks. At this point everyone was driving around attempting donuts like they demonstrated. A person in my group in doing so flipped it over. I included the video they ended up charging us 300 dollars for it. Other people were being dangerous and making me uncomfortable doing tricks and the staff weren't doing anything. Went here with some friends last week and they stole $200 from one person who accidentally overpaid and have not returned a $300 deposit made by another person in our party. The only response we can get from them is that we should come down for a discounted ride so they can steal from us again. The whole operation is a joke, they bring you to a farm and let you ride in an L shape for 8 electrical poles in each direction.
