Honest Review: Stay Away from Two Wheels Motorsports…read more I went to Two Wheels Motorsports because my bike wouldn't stay on and I needed a proper diagnosis. At first, they told me they didn't have space to keep my bike and that I'd need to pick it up the same day after they diagnosed it. Fine--I agreed. Later, I picked it up and they told me the issue was my fuel regulator and that my fuel pump wasn't giving enough pressure. They recommended rebuilding the fuel pump and replacing the regulator. I agreed and paid $145 upfront for parts--$100 for a fuel pump rebuild kit and $45 for the regulator. They told me the parts would be in by Monday, June 27, and I'd just need to bring the bike back for installation. That was the last time things made any sense. I called them repeatedly--they never answer the phone. No updates, no returned calls, nothing. After two weeks, I drove to the shop myself. That's when they told me the parts were delayed due to "rain in Texas." At this point, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited longer. Fast-forward weeks later--still no parts, no communication, no explanation, and no refund. So I gave up. I went and bought a brand new OEM Yamaha fuel pump on my own. What's worse is that while I was at their shop, they insisted a new pump would cost over $700, trying to talk me out of it. But I found the OEM pump on Partzilla for $344, and that proves they were either dishonest or completely misinformed. On top of that, my bike came back scratched up, likely from them trying to cram it into a space with no care. They even left it outside in the rain while it was waiting to be picked up. If you value your bike, your time, or your money--stay far away from this place. Poor service, no accountability, zero communication, and no respect for the customer or their property.

Not only was i NOT ABLE to use my motorcycle for over 4 months but the issue was not even fixed to begin with. they do NOT know what they are doing and i would suggest bringing your bike anywhere else but to this shop. they just take ur money and claim they replace a bunch a parts but never actually do. They told me to pick it up 3 times and each time i went the bike was still having the exact same problem and still does. They even had ME pick up a part and pay for it only for them to install it and say that the bike is having a different issue now that doesn't relate to the part they had me buy.

Once you arrive at the actual location you go buy out goggles and mask (highly recommended so if you have your own, bring them) and get fitted for a helmet. Make sure the helmet fits snug, it can get windy and your helmet can shift. After that they do a quit intro of how the atvs work. Simple enough. The gas is a bit annoying since you use your thumb for it and the breaks are far off for someone with small hands but honestly you don't need the breaks much if you keep distance from others as letting go of the throttle is enough to get to to prepared stops. The ride itself was fun. The only issue is that having a short passenger also sucks cause they can't leverage their legs so they're stuck needing to completely hang on to you or the handles and unexpected bumps can get them hitting forward. But either way this was really fun and I'd probably do it again without a passenger so I go full throttle. Highly recommended for folks who don't mind getting dirty!

They list their location as 961 NW 7th St, Miami, FL 33136, which makes it seem like you're booking something in a convenient Miami location. However, AFTER you book and pay, they send you an email with the actual meeting location: 15515 SW 177th Ave, Miami, FL 33187 -- which is out near the Everglades, about 40-45 minutes away and roughly a $100 Uber ride. This was never clearly disclosed upfront. To make matters worse, they don't answer their phone at all. You're told "book and we'll contact you," but the only communication you get is an automated email after you've already paid. I contacted them within 10 minutes of booking to cancel once I realized the real location, and they refused, citing a 24-hour cancellation policy that is only revealed AFTER purchase. This feels extremely misleading and unprofessional: * Hidden/unclear location * No real customer support * Policies only shown after payment Be very careful before booking--make sure you know exactly where you're going, because you may not find out until it's too late.

They always made sure everyone was riding good and following. Zero stars for customer service, the guys barely speak any English which is fine because I speak Spanish too but they were kinda rude and non communicative. Barely gave any instructions. Zero stars on the ATV's, the one I got seemed very old and slow. I was fine with it since it was my first time and I was terrified to flip over so slow and steady was just fine with me. Still, I think the ATV I got should be retired. The pick up area was very sketchy, the whole thing seemed very sketchy... idk.. especially because there was hardly ever any communication. Also, restrooms are porta potties , so be aware before you get there. Be prepared to be muddy and wet! Our shoes were drenched and so were our clothing. New shoes were ruined so make sure to take old shoes. All white clothing was ruined too. Overall we had an amazing time!! Giving it four stars because it was an epic experience and the guys seemed to be professionals at it!!!

Everyone was super nice and helpful. You can bring face cover, but it can also be purchased on site. If you wear glasses just like I do, get ready for it to be a little bit uncomfortable as the eyewear will crush your glasses on your face. It is very easy to drive and anyone can do it. Just press the button. The ATV's get washed after every ride so it will always be clean. My only thing was that the helmet smelled a little bit, but once I got past that, I had a great time. They will also take your picture and video, so don't worry. I will definitely do it again

They led us away from the supposed broken bike to say something afterward. They didn't care if she was okay or tell any of us. There was no first aid, emergency plan, or way for guides to communicate (at one point, one went missing). The lead guide was looking at his phone while leading us. While still shaken from her fall, they pressured my friend into paying an additional $150 that wasn't even in the waiver. The waiver clearly says if 4-wheel flips, which never happened. The ride ended earlier than agreed, and we're still waiting for the video we paid for. They are ripping people off and are negligent, careless, dishonest, and dangerous. At the very least, buy your guides a cheap whistle or walkie-talkie--and maybe a first aid kit--before you put more people at risk.

The chubby wobbly front desk employee repeatedly inserted herself into conversations that had nothing to do with her and then became argumentative & hostile when her behavior was addressed. The staff overall were RUDE, CONFRONTATIONAL, and UNPROFESSIONAL. One of the biggest issues was the $100-per-rider deposit. Staff claimed this requirement was clearly stated in both the waiver and confirmation email, but we reviewed the documents on site and could not find that information anywhere. Staff even confirmed it wasn't there. It was extremely misleading and was truly a last-minute money grab knowing we're tourists. I've visited several ATV parks and have never seen one that needed armed security to manage customer disputes. During our visit, security became involved in situations that he consistently escalated tensions rather than helping resolve them. Instead of de-escalating concerns, staff members were beyond eager to argue with customers. The tour itself was poorly managed. The tour started late, and the guide openly stated that he wasn't responsible for telling riders when to stop or slow down, which was shocking considering safety should be a guide's primary responsibility--especially during a nighttime ride. While waiting for our tour, we witnessed multiple customers complaining about issues and receiving poor attitudes in return. We also saw several people leave after seeing how staff handled customer concerns. The atmosphere was CHAOTIC, HOSTILE, and UNWELCOMING. By the end of the experience, we were so dissatisfied that I called to request a refund before I had even left the property. Between the misleading information, poor customer service, lack of professionalism, late tours, and confrontational staff, this was easily one of the WORST ATV EXPERIENCES I've ever had. Save your money and spend it somewhere that values its customers & don't have guns pointed in their direction.
