Had a lot of fun here but I paid 200for deposit for me and my friend and on the way back someone hit me from the back and there was no damage on my ATV but there was on the other person bike and they took my 200 deposit from me and only 100 from them and that's not fair because why am I paying more for something I did do and they start saying bs about me stopping hard and that's not true because you can't even break hard on those bikes because the brakes are terrible and overall they just want your deposit. Very disappointing experience - hidden costs and poor organization We booked a UTV tour while we were in Miami after calling the business because we had questions about the Groupon pricing. The person we spoke with told us the price we were asking about was for our group, so we paid the required $20 per-person deposit ($60 total) and completed all of the online waivers. When we arrived, the operation was extremely disorganized. Although our reservation was for 10:00 p.m., they were still checking in guests with 9:00 p.m. reservations. We waited approximately an hour just to reach the check-in window. Once we finally got to the front, we were told there was a $200 security deposit required for the UTV. This was never mentioned during our phone call. We later found that it was only disclosed in very small print in an email sent after we booked. What upset us the most was learning that the $20 per-person deposit ($60 total) did not apply toward the cost of the tour. It was simply to reserve the spot, and we were expected to pay the full tour price plus the security deposit when we arrived. We felt these charges should have been explained clearly before booking.After the long wait, unexpected fees, and lack of transparency, we decided to leave without taking the tour. We also did not receive our $60 reservation deposit back. I understand businesses have policies, but customers deserve to know all required deposits, fees, and payment expectations before they arrive. My cousins and I came down from Atlanta for vacation and ended up booking two ATV rentals with this company. Overall, the experience was pretty cool! My advice: go in with patience and be prepared. The ride itself is a lot of fun. I wouldn't recommend riding at night--visibility was tough even with eye protection. Bug spray is a must (they had some on-site, but there was an issue when security let us use it without charging, which annoyed one of the staff members). Also, don't show up dressed like you're going out--common sense, but worth saying. You're riding ATVs through the woods, so dress accordingly. The chubby wobbly front desk employee repeatedly inserted herself into conversations that had nothing to do with her and then became argumentative & hostile when her behavior was addressed. The staff overall were RUDE, CONFRONTATIONAL, and UNPROFESSIONAL. One of the biggest issues was the $100-per-rider deposit. Staff claimed this requirement was clearly stated in both the waiver and confirmation email, but we reviewed the documents on site and could not find that information anywhere. Staff even confirmed it wasn't there. It was extremely misleading and was truly a last-minute money grab knowing we're tourists. I've visited several ATV parks and have never seen one that needed armed security to manage customer disputes. During our visit, security became involved in situations that he consistently escalated tensions rather than helping resolve them. Instead of de-escalating concerns, staff members were beyond eager to argue with customers. The tour itself was poorly managed. The tour started late, and the guide openly stated that he wasn't responsible for telling riders when to stop or slow down, which was shocking considering safety should be a guide's primary responsibility--especially during a nighttime ride. While waiting for our tour, we witnessed multiple customers complaining about issues and receiving poor attitudes in return. We also saw several people leave after seeing how staff handled customer concerns. The atmosphere was CHAOTIC, HOSTILE, and UNWELCOMING. By the end of the experience, we were so dissatisfied that I called to request a refund before I had even left the property. Between the misleading information, poor customer service, lack of professionalism, late tours, and confrontational staff, this was easily one of the WORST ATV EXPERIENCES I've ever had. Had an amazing time also with an amazing workers . Well worth it We went at night so make sure to wear leggings, sweatpants,sweaters old shoes to be covered up. You will get dirty that's a must. Bring your goggles and ski mask if you have any. It's pretty pricey if you buy here. The drive on ATV is about an hour. Enjoy your time !! read more

Any ditch you fall in or bump or even if you jump off to avoid something the so called guys riding on the side for safety is only there to take a picture to send to the Torta lady in the office to charge you one 100 dollars per picture off the deposit. I suggest not stop and just keep riding so he doesn't take a picture to save your money and the ATV's a thrash like the owner and most the ATV's have no break lights on purpose so you can bump the person in front Of you to loose your deposit and there can be no damage at all and they will take your deposit because they claim it's written even if you don't crash with damage they will take it which is lie and a scam and even the cops say they come out here a lot. read more

I just left from atv riding they gave me a broken atv and told me to ride in the back because the lights don't work. Granted we did crash they took photos of us getting into a crash and we proceeded to ride with no damages. After getting off the atv the torta lady at the window proceeds to tell my dad she's taking $200. First she stated she's taking the money because of lights and we argued her down because I had proof in a video stating they gave me a broken atv. Then she changed the reason and showed a whole different photo that was not us then changed the reason and reverted back to the waver. A person who drove straight into a tree NEVER got charged for damages nor a crash but we did because they seen my dad with a big gold chain on his neck and wrist they charged.
