When you first walk in ,Metro is a beauty supply shop. I loved the middle aisle with sale items. In the back (not visible from the store front ) is the salon. It's not a fancy place. but the place was full and after a customer left, anther one came in. I was a bit disappointed that we did not use the chair for pedicures with the tub where you soak your feet (you know the one...it has the back massage). Instead the manicurist brought out a store bought type foot massage, soaker ; this was disappointing and awkward as she had me soak my feet under the table, then when she was ready to do the pedi she had me lift my foot (from under the table) to rest on her knee. Weird, but at $37 for a great mani/pedi, I won"t complain. Don't be intimidated as the majority of stylists speak Spanish as a first language;but this is just icing on the cake!
