As you walk up you can't help but fall in love with Adriana's. It's a cozy little local shop that is very inviting! The decorations are minimal. But, the food is extraordinary! It feels like a local hidden gem. I love It! They are surrounded by beautiful ocean views which, adds to the experience. They offer a few different local beverages along with the classics. They also sell bags of local coffee from a few places. I really love this nice touch! Everyone was very helpful, kind, and efficient. They even told us that we had to purchase some Focaccia to take with us. I'm so thankful that they did! If you don't leave with one, you're crazy. It was huge! It tasted like a mix between focaccia and sourdough bread. I've never tasted anything like it before. It was incredible! We also bought two breakfast sandwiches. The Pancetta & Egger and the Diavola. Which, we're made to order in order to give you the best quality food possible. The sandwichs were divine! I can't wait to come back one day. We unfortunately, didn't get to try any lunch items. But, we will be back! If you're looking for incredible food and local flare. This is your place! Pancetta & Egger The pancetta was salty, savory, and crispy! It was so thinly sliced that it melted in your mouth and coated your tastebuds. It had that crunch that made it addictive and memorable! The eggs were fluffy, flavorful, and fresh. You could tell that they were farm fresh! The arugula was crisp, fresh, and peppery. It added that little bite and heat. I loved it! The pesto was sweet, salty, fatty, and flavor forward. It tied everything together to create an indulgent sandwich! The Fresh focaccia was my favorite part! It was airy, chewy, dense, light, salty, and tart all at the same time. It was truly magical! This sandwich was a true work of art! Diavola The spicy salami was chewy, crispy, hot, and spicy. The eggs were fluffy, flavorful, and fresh. They had an outstanding farm fresh taste. The arugula was crisp and refreshing. It had a nice bitter heat with a peppery bite. The pepper spread was sweet, silky, and smoky. It added that layer of flavor that made it unique. The Fresh in house made focaccia bread tied everything together to create an unforgettable sandwich. Fresh Focaccia Bread If you don't leave with one of these scrumptious pieces of art. Then, you're crazy! This focaccia is made right on the ocean which makes the finished product extra tart and developed in flavor. It's unlike anything that you'll ever taste since, every place has natural good bacteria and wild yeast that creates individual flavor profiles that you won't find anywhere else in the world! The famous focaccia was chewy, dense, light, and tart. It was lightly coated with olive oil with flakes of finishing salt which made me hooked on the taste! I'm counting down the days until I can taste this heavenly bread again!

Adriana's was phenomenal! The bread alone was worth the price of admission. Slice of heaven in Tofino.

The barista that took my order was friendly enough. I tried a sugar-free raspberry peach muffin and a chai latte. I really liked the muffin - it was dense but soft and very moist. Lots of juicy fruit. I will say that if "sugar-free muffin" is something that sounds appealing to you, you will probably like this, but if not, it's probably not for you because the texture was quite different from a regular muffin. But I liked the wholesome flavour. The chai latte was just the standard, but made well, with a very generous dusting of cinnamon. I got there shortly after they opened and just had to wait in a short line with my drink ready fairly quickly, but they were much busier by the time I was leaving. I think they take card payments now. I paid with cash, but I didn't see any cash only signs and I saw what I think was a card machine at the register.

We dropped in on a Thursday afternoon (around 1:15pm) and were greeted to a line out the door. Be prepared to wait; service is incredibly slow and inefficient. We were in line for half an hour and waited another 10 minutes for them to make our order. The menu is split into breakfast (only available to 1:00pm), grilled sandwiches (only available to 3:00pm) and hot drinks. They also have a small selection of pastries (bread, muffins, baklava (randomly) and tarts/cakes/bars). - Ham sandwich ($7.95) - at least the bread was toasted and the cheese melted. Other than that, decent but you could easily make something similar at home. I was still hungry afterwards. - Vegan hummus sandwich ($8.25) - the hummus was light and caramelized onions subtle. Same bread used in all their sandwiches. Not sure why the vegetarian option is pricier than the meat one. Cash only. Don't bother with CL.

I came at 11 on a weekday and it was quiet, but I saw them get very busy at other times. Lise's benny was delicious! It wasn't a totally conventional combination of ingredients but it all worked together so well. I thought the hollandaise sauce was so good - it was the perfect consistency, no oiliness. The "tofu egg" was silken tofu with an agedashi-style breading. The breading made it not seem very egg-like to me, but it was good. I loved the spicy chicken nuggets too! I got a side house salad instead of the hashbrowns. The house salad was actually very good and substantial, not just some greens thrown on the plate. I got a golden chai latte to drink. It was made with a golden (turmeric) chai teabag which gave it a more complex flavour than turmeric lattes made with just turmeric. The benny was $20 and the latte was $6.5 (obviously with no alt milk charge). These were some of the most reasonable prices I experienced in Tofino, especially for a full service restaurant and considering the complexity of the dish. My waitress always came by at the right time and was very friendly. I came back later to just buy a sticker (saw they had stickers and meant to get one when I was there for brunch but just forgot), and the person who helped me then was also pleasant.

The mushroom calamari was so delicious, I wanted to eat it all! & the buffalo wrap was 10/10 & quite filling with the side of fries it came with. This matcha latte was the earthiest I have ever had. It was cold so it hit the spot & the presentation alone was pretty. It's a simple & clean place, the parking situation might be a bit overwhelming in the busier months but loved this place for sure.
