How about identifying the business you are answering the call for? She tells me she's out of the office and will be back in 1/2hr. It's been 2 plus weeks. She never asked for my number, so I assumed she would grab it from her cell. I guess she has too much business and does not need any more?? Horrible customer service! Wouldn't trust them to insure my trash. Everyone is always telling us to go local, the little guy. When we do, we end up with garbage customer service most of the time. This is a prime example. I rather pay more to AAA, but at least they are professional and respectful. Beyond disappointing!

I work in customer service too and i was shocked, honestly i was shaking after our conversation. I have a condo unit and my lender wanted her to have the master policy faxed. So i contacted her in June and she told me to fax some papers, which i did. I followed up later and she told me that they took care of it. Month later my lender contacted me agin saying they received nothing and i called Irene again. And first thing she says i did it, they are idiots. You don't know me how can you talk like that about my lender. Then she started to scream at me as if i put my name incorrectly and they have been confused. I asked if she is having attitude issues she got angrier, i said i don't want to talk to het and i would be happy to discuss it with her fellow counterparts. Worst customer service i have had.
