I started with my simple auto insurance plan, then upgraded my home insurance paying the same amount and getting a much higher coverage. Now all my kids have their auto insurance plans through Heather and she has been absolutely wonderful. I can call her or one of her associates and get quick and thorough answers. Well the Rep did not get the manager, manager never called me back, did not turn off auto pay, I got charged and now one of my accounts is screwed. I had to go straight to the exact insurance company and they told me the Rep at Infinity did not know what she as doing and did not do her job. Point is find another broker. These people do not know what they are doing, lack professionalism, and do not try to help. Don't waste your time.
