One of the reasons I initially reached out to John was because he is a Ramsey Trusted insurance professional. After working with him, I can see why he earned that designation. He focused on educating me, helping me understand my options, and finding the coverage that best fit my needs rather than trying to sell me the most expensive policy. Communication was excellent. Because of the nature of my job, I'm often unable to take phone calls and can only respond periodically throughout the day. John was incredibly accommodating, frequently communicating with me by text and making it easy to stay in touch. His follow-up was exceptional. After my policy was written, the insurance company requested documentation showing who was at fault in a couple of previous accidents. I had no idea where to begin, but once again, John stepped in to help. He explained exactly what documents I needed to obtain from my previous insurer and guided me through the process. He even followed up with the new insurance company on my behalf and called me back to confirm they had received everything.
