I don't give this company any and stars. They're so unprofessional. They did my son dirty when he got rearended by a company car from Mexico. They didn't help him resolve nothing it clearly was the other company's fault and yet they had the nerve to make an excuse to why they had to cancel his policy at the same time so stupid. They claimed he didn't report his brother's information, which he has no right to do so, his brother's a miner. So they just canceled his policy didn't even help him with his accident. That was not even his fault. So unprofessional to the point they need to be shut down. Your service. Sucks, they have no quality and their value is worth nothing.. read more

Worst costumer service, I go in as a 18 year old and she tells me I can get my policy for 380 down and 208 monthly, then I get a paper in the mail saying my new monthly is now 370 ? I call them to ask why and they tell me it's because she put full license experience, how am I 18 with full driving experience ? Then I call back and George hangs the phone up after I called back 3 times, I show up just to have the manager tell me that Julie messed up with the full experience and that there's nothing she could do, and that she wouldn't even have her 17 year old son driving do to insurance prices , just tells you the type of stuff they have going on at Adriana's. read more

Staff isn't worried about doing their job correctly they only worried about being paid. One letter wrong on my name and I can't get it fixed for over an hour. When they asked for my info didn't take me an hour to give to them so i don't know why it would take an hour to get me my paperwork with correct spelling. I'm no car insurance expert but I'm 26, have had my license for almost a decade with no tickets and 1 minor accident on my record, and I'm a student which can entail some discounts but somehow the lowest for full coverage that could be offered to me was $750 a month. Can't believe they canceled my insurance for non payment. I called and explained that my bank account had money and that nothing changed from the previous month. I asked if they can try it again and he said he said they were going to charge me $30 fee. After I told him I didn't think that was fair he hung up on me. They are very unprofessional! The best part is my agent Jorge Delgado! Reliable, communicable, and trustworthy. You can always count on him with his great customer service, his response and his professionalism. I work a busy week, Mon to Fri full time nurse. I barely have time to make changes when I need to, and I like to thank Jorge for going above and beyond helping me all the time. Friendly when you go to the office, but trying to get roadside unless you have a upper tier of insurance you out of luck, Paying for it is not worth it if they aren't willing to help, I called and one of the ladies was doing her job, I'm not mad at that, but I'm mad after the fact that I got hung up on trying to figure this out, I was re assured that I had roadside assistance when u bought the policy but when talking to them on the phone I didn't, hence talking to the supervisor, now I'm trying to call Human Resources let's see how this goes read more

I'm genuinely so tired of dealing with this company, I literally want to pull my hair out and scream to the top of my lungs. It's been 3 months with no car after my accident in NOVEMBER! I wasn't provided a rental for any amount of time so I've just had to make due. My car is finally ready for pick up at the auto collision center, we're just waiting for paperwork and final payment on behalf of Adriana's insurance before I can pay my deductible they can release my car. But as usual, I'm unable to get a hold of anyone! So my car is just sitting there. This company only seems to care when you make their faults public and noticeable, they respond to online comments but not to their email, or phone calls. Their email is currently so full, I tried to send an email last night and it was rejected because the inbox was full!!! This company needs to rethink their priorities and rebrand themselves because they are horrible. They aren't suitable for anyone who lives a normal life, I've started a new job, and I'm getting married in 40 days and have errands to run but they won't return my calls so I can get my car. If you have a job, a child to drop off at school, grocery shopping to do, or any other reason to leave your house, this insurance company ISN'T for you! They will gladly accept your monthly payments but when it's time to help you, they will bail out. They don't value you as a customer. read more

This is the worst place to get insurance and worst customer service ever. This is the 3rd or 4th time that my policy gets cancelled because of "nonpayment" and I had AUTOPAYMENT. I called my bank and everything was good on their end, my account had no holds and they told me the insurance people typed my account number wrong.
