She helped me out when my mortgage company would not accept my current insurance company because they lost their California "A" rating. I called many companies and was turned down, this left me puzzled because we only had 1 water damage claim. Anica while looking over my claim found that California Casualty had mistakenly listed my claim cost at 128k.. when it was only 28k. Anica advised me to Contact Lexus Nexus to file a complaint against California Casualty which I did and they straightened the claim cost amount out. Turns out California Casualty voided a check for 128k for some reason even though the cost was 28k but still listed the 128k on my account, when insurer's saw that 128k they wouldn't give me a policy. If it wasn't for Anica and her due diligence I would have never known what the problem was. Thank you Anica for all your help.
