They switched insurance companies in me and canceled me when I didnt make payment because the new company did not have my bank information, so I incurred a cancellation fee. when I explained that I didn't think that was fair because this was a company decision to switch my insurance to another company, they offered to take $20 off of what I was gonna have to pay to get it restarted so before the call was complete, I was given a different total of what my monthly bill would be, what they did was the $20 that they supposedly deducted to help me out they just added to my policy so that I'm paying on it every month. Adrianas insurance co is a complete scam. I would never ever recommend anyone to get insurance from this company. First everyone is clueless they dont know what the fuck they are doing. They dont speak proper english, your on hold for way too long and they dont even offer a grace period. If your 1 minute late they cancel your policy and than turn around and charge you a 35$ reinstaement fee plus another 25$ fee to make your payment over the phone. Oh boy, did we make the wrong decision... NO COMPREN!!! DO NOT BUY!!! NEGATIVE 5 stars! So, we had 21st Century and all of a sudden they increased our fees. Not cool. So we shopped around and called several places. We came across Adriana's Insurance. They seemed very reasonable...Low for a reason..not very helpful and bad customer service. We decided to get insurance for 3 cars...all drivers with good driving records. When we went to get insured there was a loooooooong line. It took about 45 min to have an "agent" help us. She seemed nice and answered yes to all of our questions. Will we get 24 hr towing? YES! Roadside assistance...THE WORKS! Great, couple months pass by and my dad accidentally locked himself out. OK, we'll just call and have a locksmith help us. Sounds easy enough. NOPE! Called and got transferred about 5 times. In conclusion, nobody could help us because we did not get that service. Luckily a friendly neighbor helped us out. We called and they said they were very sorry and assured us that we are covered for everything. Couple months later my brother is on the 101 freeway and his car all of a sudden dies at around 8pm. Call the "24 HOUR TOWING" service and get transferred 2 times. An "agent" answers and tells us we only have towing service from 9-5. WHAT?! are you kidding me? so our car can only die between the hours of 9 to 5? WOW, unbelievable. Eventually my brother managed to get help, without any help of Adriana's. Next day we call and tell them what had happened. They were, again, very "sorry" and would not happen again.
