I picked 4 companies from yelp with good reviews to contact for security camera installation. Arman picked up the phone the first time I called him and came to meet me for an estimate in two days (the others either didn't call back or did come out to give estimate). He was polite, patient and courteous. I and my husband felt very comfortable with him. He listened to all my requirements and told us what he would do, and did not do any hard sale at all. He said I can call him with questions even if I ended up not using him. His quote came a little higher than another guy but he was able to match that price, plus he offered a 2 year warranty. Since my house was being remodeled, I asked him if I should have the contractor pull some of the network cables. He said if the contractor is going to charge me, then he can pull the cable for me. In the end I decided to use our contractor to build a network cabinet, which I realize now is a mistake due to the poor quality of both cabling and cabinet but it is too late now. Furthermore, our remodeling was delayed 2 months and by the time I contacted Arman, he had a situation and is not available for next two months. He apologized and explained to me the circumstances and said he understand if I have to go with someone else. Since I can't wait on the security camera installation because we already have packages stolen from our front porch, I'll find someone else for the security camera. But I will save the home theater installation and perhaps have him redo the home network and cabling. I have always been disappointed with audio/visual service providers. In fact i had a 2 guys come spend couple of hours and couldn't resolve the issue and had to come back. ADS was by far the best in customer service, knowledge and pricing and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Additionally, his work was super clean, I had 10 cameras installed around my home and I didn't have to get out a can of paint out to do any touchups. We looked at several companies when researching camera systems for our home. Arman was by far the most professional and honest about what could be done. He and his assistant installed a professional system and made sure no wires were visible inside and outside our home. He walked us through each camera location and installed high quality cameras that were much better than those found at Costco or other retailers. He even offered to install a Costco system, if we wanted to go that route, but in the end we went with a system he customized for us that has been working great for the past few years. Arman explained everything throughout the process and set us up for remote access as well. We had him come out again about a month ago when we decided to upgrade our DVR to allow for access with our new iPhones. We had the system originally for security purposes, but with remote access, we have found several other uses including keeping an eye on our home when gardeners are there and a great way to see if we received packages when we are at work. We can also view the cameras on our TV and computer while at home so we can keep an eye on the kids in the back yard and make sure our puppy does not get into too much trouble while she is in the yard. Arman has been very responsive and helpful and we have called him a few times to troubleshoot our system when we updated our internet hardware.
