I had to upgrade my system because I canceled my landline only to find out how bad ADT/Protection One is. I had scheduled a block of time between 12-4 pm on 6/10/21 which was confirmed 2 days prior. Unfortunately, the late afternoon before the date, I had an email rescheduling it for 8-12 am without my confirmation. No phone call just an email letting me know. The story gets even more annoying because on the day off, the technician did not show up at all and there was no phone call at all either. Until I called their customer service and that was how I found out that no one was going to show up at all. Apparently, installers comes from Chatsworth who I believe does not even communicate with anyone of this kind of update. Totally has no regard for people's time. This review is about the patrol service and customer service - I am so happy I have my alarm and monitoring with a small local company instead of ADT. I can't imagine depending on this level of customer service for something as important as safety. Trying to cancel patrol service. At one point they handled our neighborhood, but hours and service have diminished. And a competitor now has most the homes near me. The one and only 1 time I called for patrol assistance in the last 15 years I sat on hold forever. . . Thought I would log into my account to cancel- wrong - can't do it there - and there is no help section for cancellation. Thought I would try chat, but chat said I had to call for cancellation. So I called in and listened to "longer than normal hold time" recordings that kept suggesting I try chat. Finally reached an agent, who said cancellation for patrol must be done by fax or email - but the fax machine is broken. . . .. I asked to have the required information forwarded to me via email to avoid confusion on the spelling, etc. It didn't happen. . . . So requested a 2nd time. They sent the information again - as a fuzzy jpeg, so you cant click on the email, or even copy and paste the cancellation address. The jpeg also mentions the fax machine being broken...so obviously it's been a long time. . . No response a few hours later, so I logged in again to stop auto pay so I won't be billed for next month's service . . . but SURPRISE you need to call in to turn off autopay. Called in again and asked to have autopay credit card removed from the system. Hmm. . . system not responding and put on hold. . . Anyone surprised? Meanwhile I forwarded my email cancellation request to the "alwaysthere" email address that is mentioned in all the poor reviews - and their response was a customer can only cancel in writing with a signature - and to send a letter. Finally the agent (who was pleasant) says its worked. This agent also say I should have been able to cancel service by telephone if I had the correct department. I ask her to read the account notes, and see that I requested a supervisor, and was told none were available. She advised me that somebody would call me, and I told her - only via email to confirm cancellation no phone calls. Of course I get a phone call back from someone in the local office and the woman doesn't know why cancelling is so challenging - but can't say that its done - can only send an email to the same person I was directed to contact. . .- this is the same one who hasn't responded to me. Using caller ID I call back the local office a few hours later, She says my account was closed per my request, but still nobody has notified me. . . So glad not to be a customer anymore. read more

ADT is absolutely the worst company to do business with. After 15 years of home monitoring service I cancelled my home land line. I called ADT to cancel their monitoring service and they would not let me off the phone. After one hour on hold and being bounced around to several departments, I finally got to the department I needed. Or so I thought. They told me that since I was a 15 year customer they could give me a great deal and hook my monitoring up to my cell phone. They even said they could lower my monthly cost to 19.99/mo for 24 mos. After agreeing to this offer, I set up an appointment. When the technician arrived he had none of the equipment needed to hook me up. I then called them back and spent another Hour of my time getting to the right department. I was told that I would need an entire new system installed to accommodate me being hooked up to my cell phone, in order to be monitored. They quoted me , what sounded like a great deal. No charge for the equipment, with no installation fees. Of course I said yes. When I got the email confirmation of the order it suddenly showed additional fees that were never mentioned, along with an additional servicing fee of 49.99/mo. When I questioned the installer, he called in and said they would not honor that offer. I wasted many hours on this, when all I wanted to do was cancel my monitoring service. I recently scheduled a tech come out for service. The first time, they claimed they called me and because no one answered, they went about their business. In reality they never called nor did they come by the house. The second time, they were again a no show. Again, they claimed they called and claimed they came to the house. Again because there was no answered, they left. No call, no show. This time when I called to schedule the service (now for a third time), I was guaranteed that a tech would respond. The third time (today), they again didn't show and no one called. So, I called them. No, not to reschedule, to CANCEL their service. This is NOT service. I haven't had a working system for several months. My system has not properly worked for well over a year. Worst service EVER!! I do not recommend. read more

I was a customer of Protection One and ADT for over 30 years. When my alarm sounded and I was not home the ADT patrol was dispatched. Customer service was great. When the two companies merged everything went to hell in a handbasket. First, the installer kept testing the system and sounding the alarm. The police and fire department responded and I was charged over $200 dollars for a false alarm. Fortunately they reimbursed me. Then in December 2019, my handyman left my door open and caused the alarm to sound. Instead of dispatching the patrol unit, Protection One called the police. Why? Because since the merger Protection One did not know that I was paying for patrol service. I sent them proof of my payment of $273.18 for the false alarm but that is not good enough. They put rediculous obstacles in my way to receive reimbursement. I am now looking for a new security company. read more

Hello, I have been a customer for a while now at 2 separate homes. This past New Years Eve I had some friends over and one of their children accidentally set off the alarm. I entered the code and waited for ADT to make the call. It never came. The next day or so I called in to ask about this and they said they never received an alert. A technician came over for 2 hours and could not resolve the issue and said it isn't communicating because the equipment isn't compatible and that we would receive a call from ADT to schedule another visit to update the system. Not only did I not receive a call but when I called to find out the status, no one was able to assist me whatsoever. They didn't even know that a technician was at my house. We moved into this residence 6 years ago, at which time we activated the existing system. Every night we would set the alarm before putting the kids to bed thinking we are all safe and secure, but that was apparently not the case. After my 5th or 6th attempted at trying to get this issue resolved I was forced to cancel my service and write this letter to request a full reimbursement of what I have paid since I have been a customer. I was also, very surprised to learn that there was an extremely outrageous fee charged for the technician to come out for 2 hours to not do anything whatsoever except to confirm that the system was not working and most probably never did. The representative waived that fee as she to understood this was absolutely ridiculous. Please submit a direct deposit back in to my account for a full refund. No no no.... As soon as I got my security alarm installed had a burglary. They knew how to get to my house that the police was not notified. When you disconnect your service, they don't cancel right a way, you have to wait for a month. Last day of service they make your alarm beep so you can call them. One of there questions was, if I want tech to be send for service, of course so they can charge or convince yo stay. Second question was, do we want a better plan. Last thing was while talking to us they send a police so you can pay fee for there service. They are terrible. Everything is expected from them.. ... not recommend at all. ops almost forgot, last payment was sent, but it's not cashed yet. I wasn't going to post this but decided I was too angry not to do it. On 11/29 my mom had a break-in at her home. I went to her house the next morning about 1030am and found a young man sitting in her kitchen with her, big surprise to me! Ended up he was from ADT and trying to use scare tactics to sell her an ADT system-- which he told her would be "free" but of course then there was a monthly fee when I pressed him. I kicked him out of the house and told him I thought it was appalling that 14 hours after a break-in he was there pushing at her about using their system. He was rather surprised I was making him leave. He told me that "several of her neighbors reported their concern for her safety". I called him on his lying and he finally confessed that they use the LAPD crime-mapping website and when they get notified of break-ins they go to that area to try and sell their wares. Again, I expressed my disdain for their sales tactics and got him out of the house. Right after 5pm the same night another guy from ADT came to her house and again tried to push her into getting their system with scare tactics! This is NOT okay!!!! Preying on victims is wrong on so many different levels. Just wanted to share our experience so others can be aware and not fall for these horrific sales tactics. We've been their customer for exactly one year now.. half of that one year we didn't even get to use it because the sensors went stupid and fell off (WTF?) and when we called them about it all they said was "use double sided tape and put it back on" FREAKIN' AYE! ONCE, our alarms went off FOR NO REASON, the POLICE came and we were charged for this. So we called them to cancel back in May 2011... and the representative tells us that our contract ends in November 2011 and we will be charged a cancellation fee... so we tell her we'll call back in November. November comes around and we call.. and the representative tells us that our contract has been extended another year! WTF?! The contract renews every year IF WE DON'T CONTACT THEM.. so we're stuck with them for another friggin' year! And the other representative we spoke to back in May didn't mention ANYthing like this. -___________- We had to argue with them.. and the stupid representative we spoke to kept saying "it's in your contract" and didn't bother doing anything for us even after we've explained our situation.. I've been through a lot with this company and I don't know if I can take it anymore. I've had break-ins, attempted break-ins. When it comes down to it, they do nothing for you. They don't protect you. They make it seem like they are here to protect you from the thieves and burglars of the world. The truth is, the biggest Thief is ADT itself.. They don't take responsibility for anything. So much has happened and every time I call customer service, I just get someone on the phone trying to prove a point and treating the situation as if ADT is on defense at court, trying to prove their innocence and their lack of involvement in the situation . And the person on the phone, the customer service representative, would be the attorney. A representative forgot to put the alarm on test at my house and he set off the alarm. Just a few minutes after he left, the police showed up at my house and I was stuck with a $215 bill. I've been on the phone with customer service representatives for hours of my life that I can't get back. And they did nothing. I even gave them the business card of the technician that was in my house and still, nothing. They said "sorry ma'am, Case Closed, there is nothing we can do for you." There must be a better way. I'm so tired of this. I'm so tired of being robbed of my time, of my possessions, and of my money from ADT. Paying for some service that I'm not getting. There must be something better out there. ADT has HIGHLY deceitful business practices! I had a one year lease on a business - Salesperson Carl Martin came to my business to sign me up for an account. He slapped down 10 pages of contract for me to initial and sign. Buried deep in a dense paragraph in tiny print was the fact that I was signing up for a 3 YEAR CONTRACT. This was NEVER told to me, never revealed to me by the salesman. When my business location closed on April 1st and I went to terminate my service - I was told that I would have to pay a $1,139.50 termination fee!!!! (never mind that I had never even had a break in or any cost incurred to the company - even the "installation" was just a guy coming in a pressing the buttons on a system already installed by the previous tenant). I am in the process of having 8 business locations installed with alarms and cameras. The process has been extremely frustrating to say the least! I have 11 other locations that will remain on hold due to my incompetent sales team. If I only I had negative stars to post! My sales reps have bid all the jobs incorrectly but you only find this out when the Technician arrives to install the equipment. These sales reps Jenay Gibson, Joseph Powers and Christopher Haley now no longer even respond to my requests for different equipment or install issues! Mind you the company is spending thousands of dollars! I have requested no less than 5 times additional equipment be added to my Encino location since the 8,000 Sq ft office was not properly equipped on my quote. They won't add the equipment??? Why not??? My Studio City location needs an additional camera and I have requested it no less than 5 times but they won't add it or even respond! The Brentwood location was installed but the camera was never directed to my account so the technician needs to return. The alarm was set up with no emergency contacts. The Palisades location was sent cameras that are not tamper proof so they need to come back again. The expensive cameras have been replaced with cheap ones. Apparently they thought I would not notice the difference! The tech here is awesome these things are not his fault. Beverly Hills is still in process but am sure the equipment is going to be a problem at this point. However the technicians here are great. I have met several great Techicians Valley: Juan, Mario and Acquine Westside: Frank and Chris However they also have several technicians that have extremely poor customers service so watch out for them! The online systems work great but getting your locations installed and working with these sales reps is a complete nightmare. So I've actually never paid for service with this company, but after dealing with one of their representatives, I'm pretty sure I never will. I was minding my own business sitting out on the porch of my new home enjoying the summer evening when one of their representatives approached me from across the street. "Excuse me, are you currently using our services?" he asked as he pointed to the ADT sign near the front door of my home. I explained that I wasn't, that the former residents at one time did and had left the sign when they moved out. He gave me a "free" gift coupon for a security system, installation, etc. He then asked if I was interested in listening to his 5 minute spiel on home security. I politely declined. He asked me if I was sure about my decision and pressed me again with offers of promotions and special trial periods. I declined again and said I was going to be eating dinner soon. He asked if he could come back afterwards. I said I'd rather he didn't because I wasn't interested. He became visibly upset at that point and firmly stated, "I'm going to need that back," referring to the "free" gift coupon he had given me. Wow, classy. So without a word, I handed it back to him. He sarcastically grumbled, "Thanks for advertising for us," and huffed away. I pulled up the ADT sign and threw it in the trash shortly after. I know the guy was just out trying to make a living, but his attitude was flat out rude. Word to the wise, ADT: tell your sales reps to respect people when they're on their property -- especially since you're selling home security. It's one thing if a potential customer declines your offer; it's another to lose any chance of future business with them entirely. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! One of their sales people solicited my business with the offer of a security system. We are in a historic building and I was very clear that any holes in the wall would need to be pre-approved by building management. Willie let me know that he was well-versed in the building rules and scheduled an installation. The installation tech showed up without an appointment and told me he was going to cut a 14"x14" hole in the wall to do the installation. I did not approve this and called the sales person to cancel the service. To his credit, he did deliver the paperwork back to me. He has been argumentative and stalking me ever since, calling me every other day. There is no live person to talk with at ADT's toll-free customer service number, so I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau today. I'm also filing a complaint with the building management to ensure they are not allowed to do business on this property. DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME OR OFFICE. You will never get rid of them if you cancel your contract. If you want home/office security, I STRONGLY recommend that you go with American Alarm. Coming from a 911 call center perspective; DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY. take it from me that ADT is a big company that doesn't have their stuff together. Routinely when I got called for dispatching of something like fire, medical or law enforcement, there would not have the correct info and I would have to do their research for them. I have got a call from ADT while sitting at a 911 console for a Maryland address and they asked if I could dispatch it. Well forty minutes later it was by then it was of no use. Also they dispatch so many false alarms that the poor subscriber gets a big fine. Your best bet is a small security and fire company that is local with a local monitoring center, have locks on all your windows and doors, and a guard dog. From a 911 perspective I learned to hate ADT with a passion for wasting so much of our call centers time and manpower because they can't do their job right. read more

I really should have read all of the reviews before signing up with this company again. I used to have them 6 years ago and was so happy, but something has happened over the years. First, I was MORTIFIED when my technician tried to upgrade me by saying "You realize that your home isn't actually safe with the system that I just installed. There are videos online that teach people how to get around this and disable your system." Seriously?? A security company that does not even stand behind its own products. I told the technician that I was embarrassed for him having to work for a company that he doesn't believe in and he had no response. He continued to try and use scare tactics to get me to upgrade to a system that would be twice the price. Secondly, the technician left a mess wherever he was. After he left, the phone box was still wide open and there were three different spots in my home where there were stripped wires thrown around the floor including outside by the phone box. My third issue was the costs that it added up to in the end, Which was actually over $500 for installation because the fine print on what is included in your estimate is worded poorly and doesn't actually include as many sensors as they claim. He wouldn't even use the sensors that were installed, by ADT, at the house years ago and couldn't explain why as they were exactly the same sensors he was installing. The person on the phone told me they could use the existing ones which is why I went with ADT in the first place. The final straw for me is in the deal they use to bring you in. Installation is supposed to be $99 that is offset with a $100 gift card which seems like a good deal. What they don't tell you is how difficult it is to get the gift card. You have to make copies of the front page of your installation form, fill out a page of information, and WORST of all, go to a bank and get a $4.95 cashiers check to send to the company before they will send you your gift card. They make it just hard enough that many people don't want to go through the pain of getting a cashiers check, that they probably don't get their card. Just out of principal, I went through this process (the cashiers check/money order cost $5, so we are paying $9.95 to get our $100 gift card) and I am still waiting for the gift card. When I reread the information it actually states it may take months to receive it. The most frustrating thing is that when I was explaining all of this to my friend who is a police officer, he stated that these systems don't actually do any good in a large town. Since the company is making the call, it isn't considered a "crime in progress" so it is moved all the way down the priority list to where the cops only come by when they have time. So now we have gone through all of this, and it won't even matter. Overall, I am very disappointing. The only positive thing I can say is that when I got my bill, and it was double the price it was supposed to be, the customer service person I talked to was nice on the phone and was able to fix their mistake but again, the only reason I was calling was because they made yet another mistake. We will be cancelling once our contract is up and going back to SimplySafe. We only switched because ADT sensors were already installed here and we thought that would save us money...it didnt! They have the worst customer service ever. I have been a customer for almost 2 years and recently moved. Every time I call, no one seems to know anything about my account. I spent almost an hour on the phone with them setting up an appointment for service in my new house. Even though I am a previous customer, they insist on opening a new account so they could charge more. Then, when the scheduled appointment time came, they refused to install the system since I wasn't home, even though my husband, the property owner and the mortgage payer, was home. Of course they didn't mention on the 45 minute phone call that the person setting up the appointment had to be home, not a spouse. They haven't bothered to call back and reschedule the appointment, they don't need the business since they have a monopoly on home security. I am going with a family-owned local company now. I have been a customer of ADT since August 2007. My home alarm system was spontaneously triggered at 3:30 am February 4, 2019. I woke up scared to death; thinking the police would be dispatched (as it was 8 years ago when the alarm was triggered), I counted the seconds locked up in my closet. When the police did not show up, I called 911. The following day, I called ADT to inquire why police was not automatically dispatche, they told me I had an old system and was not connected to them since 2015. I asked them why no one had contacted me or checked my system to inform me I was not connected; they apologized and offered to upgrade my system. However, when the technichian came to install the system, he wanted to charge me $2,000. I explained I was informed of a free upgrade due to failure on ADT to provide me services in which I had been paying for monthly as agreed by Tanya the phone representative. Three times I have contacted them, in which they apologized and stated they would upgrade at no charge; yet when they show up to my house, they ask for $2,000. ADT is charging customers and not informing them of a system that is not working. I demand my money back and they should not be in business if they are providing clients with false sense of security. My contract clearly states : "Customer Monitoring Center Signal Receiving and MonitoringService". Yet they are not monitoring my system. read more

Don't EVER use this company. It costs much more than $99 to install the system, you will never get the $100 rebate card and in less than six months, all of my sensors have started to fail - causing the alarm to go off for no reason (usually at 2am - scaring me to death). It is impossible to get anyone to come out to fix the system and their customer service is a misnomer. They really could not care less whether their service works or not. They contract all the work out and take no responsibility for its quality, so it's a crap shoot whether you get someone who knows what they are doing or not. Save yourself the hassle, money and most of all time and find another security service. FYI - I think they own Brinks and Broadview, so I wouldn't bother with them either. The absolute worst company and how ironic that ur is a security company meaning they will be dealing with people on a daily basis and they seem to lack the ability to deal with customers, issues, complaints and crisis. So I just installed my system. FAIL. My censors are all falling off causing delays and inaccurate communication. I call for an appointment to have it fixed. They never show up. So 11 to 3 I wait around for them to never show. I get a call only after I call customer service from a woman named Joseline obviously she hasn't been trained either because she tells me the technician will be at my door at 11 am the next day. FAIL. So today. I call because it's now 10:47 and no call. 11:15 no call. I get on the line with a woman name Asha. No help. She too gives me wrong information because apparently Joseline has no clue that an appointment cannot be exact and that it's another window from 11-3 . Asha apologizes, not sincere just at this point annoying and I ask to be put on the line with a supervisor. More like super ignorant bitch name Roberta ID number 15090. Out of everyone she is the ultimate worst. Rude disgusting human excuse for a manager. She does not know how to diffuse a situation, hand customer service issues, she is legit a constant confrontation even down to her annoying ass voice. If I had a business I would never hire a person like that. Moving on I do not recommend ADT at all. They reel you in with the nice representatives and give the glitz and glam about why they are the number one choice but once you're in you are dealing with the worst of the worst. I cannot stress enough do not get bound to this contract there are awful people running the show. Do yourself a favor save your money save yourself a headache. This review is on ADT's customer service and also about ADT Corporate Relations. Both are the worst. Scheduling an appointment is always an ordeal. I'm put on hold for 30 minutes to be told that the earliest appointment on a weekend is 2 weeks later. I shared my terrible experiences on Twitter and was called by David at the Corporate Office (866) 561-0952 and I called him back four times and never heard back from him. I call back a month later and spoke to Michael and I had to voice my frustration to get a service tech out on the weekend. David is a terrible representation of your company if he's supposed to be taking care of customer service. It's employees like him which makes me tell everyone I know not to use ADT and to explore other options like Frontpoint. Once I get more time to do more research on other alarm companies, I will leave ADT and also have my mother's house and aunt's house leave ADT as well since I'm the one who encouraged them to use ADT in the first place. I don't want them to have to deal with this terrible customer service like I did. It's inexcusable and shows that ADT only cares about doing installation on new customers instead of also taking care of their existing customers. Horrible customer service. I've been with (Protection 1) for over 6 years in 2 locations, apparently when I moved locations 4.25 years ago they created a new contract for me which now doesn't end until next year. Wanting to cancel and being hit with an extremely high bill, even after the guy answering said welcome's for being with us for over 6 years. Careful what you're signing for. The rep I spoke with was very rude, asking me all sorts of questions as to why I was leaving, what was the other company charging etc.... it's none of their business!!! They seem to have so many customers they don't care about a small business...do go with them!!! read more

Worst customer service and security system. I have had my system for under 30 days. I contacted ADT and they informed me I have to go through direct protection services since they installed my system since it is within 90days. I have called direct protection numerous times within the month that I've had the service. Ever since my service began, my camera footage for the doorbell and both outdoor cameras are intermittently unavailable especially when I am away from my house. Direct protection services walked me through on resetting the cameras and it didn't fix my problem. It took days to get a ahold of them between leaving voicemails and being hung up on when I finally was able to speak to someone with Direct protective security for someone to come and service my cameras and I was told that I needed to buy a Wi-Fi mesh system before they come down to service them. I bought the Wi-Fi mesh system for $200 and had to pay $100 for my Charter Spectrum service employee to come to my house and disconnect my router to install the mesh system. I am still having the same issue of not being able to see my camera footage. The Charter Spectrum employee informed me that their router is a Wi-Fi 6 so I shouldn't need a mesh system and that it is the security system that is acting up because nothing else is having problems connecting and it shows on their end I am getting perfect signal. The charter spectrum employee even relocated the Wi-Fi modem and mesh system to the center of the house, even though it was showing perfect signal where it was originally located, and still the same problem. I am spending money that I shouldn't have to, and It is difficult to get ahold anyone through direct production security. I have left a few voicemails and sent an email and I have not received any response. I was informed by ADT that I need to go through direct protection services to cancel my service within the 30 day of it being installed and direct protection services is stating I have to pay penalties. I am unhappy with the customer service and security system. My house was broken into reason why I got ADT but I feel just as unsafe with the system not working and no one caring to respond to me. Goodness I should have left the last time I had an issue. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I'm appalled at their sales and customer service. I was giving them additional income by wanting to upgrade my system and they didn't seem interested. I scheduled my technician over two weeks ago, he arrived today totally unprepared with agreed pricing, schematics of my existing system, and then tells me it's a 2 man job. Keep in mind I've been a 20 year client so they should have this data. I called their customer support who transferred me to installation where I got the most dense and rude scheduler. I asked to speak to a manager and apparently they have none to transfer the call to. I'm now searching for another provider. Have you heard of a company who doesn't need additional revenue? ADT Security!! They don't deserve even one star read more

The manager for ADT has shown me that they do not support or care for families & those who are a part of Active Duty Military. My son's father was fired for missing days off of work to care for our son while I on active duty was not able to & other legitimate personal reasons. He does not take in consideration the reasons why these days were taken off of work. He shows that he does not care for his workers or their families. He didn't even have the balls to let him know to his face that he was firing him. Thank you Javier for the crappy leadership style, you lost a great, & very respectful worker. read more

Never thought I'd need an alarm system to protect our home from thieves. We got enough guns here to ward off ISIS. Unfortunately the one day no one was home, our home got broken into and some valuable (but replaceable) items were stolen. So we figured it's time to take an extra precautionary step. Product wise, they have some of the more sophisticated technologies as a more reasonable price. Their Pulse System is actually a pretty good system with excellent coverage in and out of your house. Wireless cameras, cellular and battery based systems literally ensure your system is fail safe from all indicators and experiences I had. The app interconnectivity works a majority of the time with occasional wi-fi based coverage issues (and I had a full gig of internet speed coming in to my house). Their sensors and access panels work pretty well. Service wise its wise to pony up for the additional service coverage for peace of mind and less out of pocket. They will send fresh batteries for free in example when you're in need. Your system will require service and attention - thats almost a guarantee so if they send a tech that isn't skilled enough, be sure to call dispatch and push them for better service. Usually every other service tech that visited my home was actually skilled and knowledgeable in what they were doing. The half that knew what they were doing were actually really quite good, friendly and explaned things well. Dispatch was usually really good and responsive. Pricing is fair for both per month and materials. That said, your sales rep will try to. upsell as much as possible as thats what they're trained to do so research and know what you want. Their advanced patrol services can be expensive for just OK coverage. Know your prices and limits on what you want to pay before you sit down with a pushy sales associate. Know their product as well from regular coverage to Pulse. As compared to other services in LA, they tend to lean better however every individual has their own set of experiences and you can read them all here I'm sure. Just walk in as an informed buyer and you'll be fine. read more
