Worst Customer Service Experience. I called in July to cancel my service letting them know that due to the Covid Pandemic, my family is trying to cut out non essential monthly expenses. I was told that our contract was on an auto renewal and that I had passed the date in which I could cancel without paying out the remainder of the contract. I asked when the contract was over so that I could call and cancel at that time. I was told that I could call back in December to cancel before the autorenewal. I set a reminder on my calendar and called back in December. I was offered a few different options at that time to to lower my monthly cost for a few months since we were cancelling or financial reasons. I declined and said that I was looking to cut the entire expense. I was told that I owned the equipment and that I would have it at any time that we decided that we wanted to sign back up for services. A few weeks later I received a bill for $563. I called to see what it was for and was told that that was the remainder of my contract as I cancelled before the 36 month term. I tried to explain that I was told in July that it was an annual contract that automatically renewed and was told to call in December to avoid any charges, which I did and that person did not say anything about it being too early or that there would be fees associated. The told me that they only offer 3 year contract unless you are in California then they offer 2 year contracts. I spoke with Ryan in account management then and explained our situation and said that I would have never cancelled if I knew I had to pay out the contract first. I would rather keep the system if I am paying for it anyway. He agreed and said that he would be able to reinstate my service and it would be like nothing ever happened and the balance of $563 would disappear and I would just see my normal monthly bill. He put me on hold for a while to check and see if he could do this himself or if I needed to be transferred to a different department, he came back and said that he was able to do it himself. A couple of weeks later, I see the charge of $563 on my credit card. I call in and I am told that is because I cancelled my service. I explain again what happened and that it was supposed to be reinstated. They said that they saw that note and would request a refund which would take about 3 days, and that I needed to call back the next day to talk to the Loyalty department about having my service reinstated as it was not done as requested. I called in today and was told that my old contract was cancelled and that I have to sign a new contract for 12 months. Which I was previously told was not offered. The woman that I spoke to told me that everything that I was told by previous departments was wrong and that the customer service departments do not know what is going on with the back end. I will now have to pay a $99 fee plus another $18 fee to have my service turned back on and they must have someone come out to inspect the system. I asked her when I could call to cancel if it was just in one year and it is February 1st should I call end of January. She said that should work and that it is in the contract. I told her that it is 10 pages long and in small print which I plan on reading but they want it signed before 3 pm today which will take me a little to go over and asked if she could direct me to where on the contract it states this as I am told incorrect infomation when I call in. I asked if this was on an autorenewal, and she said yes. She could not give me the exact spot in the contract but said "there is a 30 day notice requirement, so you might actually want to call in the beginning of January.". Not to mention the system is awful. My alarm has gone off several times, when the kids come in and don't turn it off in time, but ADT never alerts us or contacts us other than to send me an email saying "burgherly in process proceed with caution" and the camera only records if the alarm is set. I highly recommend using Ring or another system. I do not trust ADT, and I do not trust that I will be able to cancel this service again in 12 months. Another note, in the contract it states that all equipment belongs to ADT, so another thing that I was told incorrectly. Do not trust their customer service. Read through your contract thoroughly and do not listen to anyone else. read more

adt forged my name on a work order then withdrew 59.00 from my checking account. the technician shawn or sean, never showed me a work order, i never signed any form. all bioxes on the form were checked off as though i had authorized a payment. there was a scribbled mark underneath my printed name. my attorney has told me this is forgery and a crime. i had two key fob batteries replaced. read more

We installed ADT due to the fact that we have an autistic teen that is prone to wondering off and needed to know if he was going out the doors, or on a few occasions widows when we could not be watching him. After they were installed by the tech, many of them did not work and the main panel itself was not work so we called for them to come back. They came back 2 more times after long wait times between calls and still never fixed anything. The only thing that does consistently work is the fire alarm that they installed not 5 feet from my stove so every time you one the overdoor the alarm goes off. We will be paying off our contract as soon as we are able and will no long have this company. I would not recommend it to anyone. read more

Take the advice of previous customers DO NOT CONTRACT with ADT. I have had them for 4 years. i attempted to cancel after I was told the system was blown out and I would have to upgrade ADT COMMAND SYSTEM at a cost of $1000. I tried to cancel but every time I talked to someone that was suppose to be able to cancel me I was connected to another person that said they would give me a lower price. This happened 4 times - the lowest price I got was $300 something, I was so worn out I agreed. I received a call a few hours later from a person scheduling a technician at the end of the call she said I would need to sign a contract and pay $1000, she wouldn't cancel my service. I called again the next day and begged customer service please do not send me to another person she said she would cancel me and gave me a cancellation number and send me an email confirming I was cancelled. I spent a total of 4 hours with ADT trying to cancel. I will update this review if and when this is resolved. PLEASE take my advice and others and to not give ADT your business there are other security companies out there that I would hope will treat customers better. read more

I have 2 zones that stopped working tonight, and I live alone and rely on my alarm system for safety. They can't come out and fix it for 6 days!!! That's 6 nights I get to worry about not feeling safe in my home. I've been a loyal customer since 2007, and I pay a premium monthly price for what?!! So here goes, I am a adt customer and I want to share my story. I decided to secure my home with this product and I have a few complaints. 1. When my alarm system was installed on my home the contractor also installed CCTV cameras on my home which were amazing. They were hooked up to a DVR and were viewable from my phone through an app. 2. So I wanted more camera coverage on my home and called to upgrade. Adt worked with me and sent a tech. 3. Tech comes to home and says they dont do the hard wired cameras but they have these new ip based cameras that are the bees knees. So he talks me into getting these cameras and hits me with the cost. 4. 1200 dollars for these cameras and I can view from my phone on adt pulse app. 5. Unbeknownst to me I was suckered into a 3 year contract I just found out about. 6. If I cancel my service the cameras I spent 1200 for become paperweights. 7. I spoke to a supervisor in Florida somewhere and he basically said im screwed. So here is why im pissed and this company is shady af. An incident occurred at my home and I thought my cameras that I spent 1200 fucking dollars on would be my saving grace. Well they weren't they didnt catch shit and I was arrested. Glad I at least had witnesses so I can fight but f**king video evidence would have been amazing. So I find out why, well if something moves In front of the camera it records for a whole 30 seconds but here is the catch it doesnt record again for 3 full mins. So I contact your company and try and rectify this and what do you know im told pretty much im screwed and I have to keep the service. I got suckered into getting their service at the Orange County fair, CA. The salesperson that they are corporate, and can provide better service that the contractors. He said he will give me a good deal. I paid over $300 sucker bucks for the installation, they even charged me $19 sucker bucks for the sign. They locked me in for a 2 year contract. After the second year, the rate started to go up every year. After a few years, I finally called and threatened to quit, and they reduced a little, then raising it back up the next year. Trying to disconnect their service is a feat. They just came up with the cell phone tower fee $2.35 per month more and claiming the cellular companies are charging them more. DON'T ASSOCIATE WITH THERE WOLVES. read more

I would give less than one if I could. A customer really doesn't know how good a monitoring service is until they need it unfortunately. I needed them last night and they were quite absent. My alarm was sounding, I received a call. I'm suppose to be call number two. Call number one was never made. When they called they said, your alarm is sounding is everything ok. I said no, it's not, I'm not home, no one is, please call the police. They hung up and I called police. I was on the phone with the police for three minutes before they called them. When the gal from ADT called, she said I'll call you back, but she never did, no one did. And when I called hours later to explain how frustrated I was with that, I had to wait for 18 minutes to reach someone. Their phone system prioritized reminding me of my upcoming bill that wasn't even due yet before getting me to a human being. It was 18 minutes before I got someone. And when I expressed my frustration, she hung up on me. I'll be finding a more reliable service. I've had ADT since 2009, thirteen years. Sad that I've been paying for a service that gives not one bit about protecting my home or informing me, or being able to reach them when needed. So disappointed. read more

This company has no customer service skills, a tech support that has no clue what they are doing and the worst billing Dept ever. Called on a few occasions regarding billing where I was overcharged a few times. Each time they claimed to correct the matter. I looked in my account today and saw the billing taking out multiple charges and was given a weird explanation why. For example June just started and they say they charge a month in advance for July. Does that even make sense? I was told this wouldn't happen and tried to set up a service call that I was told originally, I'd be charged for. Speaking to another rep, I was told that is included in my service free of charge. I shouldn't have given them another chance. I'm done! Mind you, I've had them for 7 years, they claim they updated the billing service and I somehow got screwed up in the system. That is not my problem. My responsibility as a customer is to make payments monthly. Obviously tons of low ratings. Speaks volumes...I'm reading the companies response and that is how they sound when you call to cancel services. Please stay away! We are trying to cancel with them and it has become a nightmare. Military and moving- sent orders three different times over the course of a month and still no cancellation confirmation from them. Each time I call to verify they give me a different email address to send the orders to and I am told it has not been processed. They also require a 30 day cancellation window (we called the day our orders were cut) and we will be paying for a system for a week in a house with no internet connection and no one living in it. The icing on the cake- our system has been completely replaced twice(!) in the less than 11 months we have lived here with 8 documented service calls to fix issues. read more

I had ADT for many years at my home. Our home was entered by mistake and the alarm went off but NO ADT response. I called and they told me that we had been off line for over 2 years! They said it was my responsibility to test my system quarterly.....really. You couldn't have sent me a message telling me I was off line...for YEARS. I asked for a refund and of course they would not give me and basically I paid for years to secure my home and family only to find out I "was off line for years". Someone should have told us we were off line! I cancelled my residential service and will not use again. Needing cameras and monitoring for my medium size business I thought I would give the business portion of ADT a try. I set up a meeting for an evaluation only to have the person call me after I waited for 45 minutes for our appointment to learn he had an accident and would not be coming. I understood and we made another appointment. That appointment date came and after I waited 14 minutes I received a call from this same person saying he would be here soon. My time is valuable and I told him we are all set and not to call me again. I called the 800 number to complain as I was UPSET. Explained to the person I spoke to what had happened and I wanted to speak to a manager. After 15 minutes on hold I just gave up! My guess is my complaint would only fall on deaf ears anyway. ADT is a mismanaged mess as far as I am concerned. The obvious lack of care for their customers go high up the management chain.....fish stinks from the head and boy does this company STINK. I will NEVER use them again and I will tell anyone and everyone I can NOT TO USE ADT......EVER. They simply don't care read more

Horrific Customer Service. I signed up for business protection. I've an issue with my service quality (it was incorrectly setup and transmits a false alarm to the police every night) and was seeking a cancellation my contract based on the signed terms and agreements plus their 6 month Guarantee. - I've called the local branch a 14 times. No return phone call. Corporate couldn't locate my contract or the salesman who sold me the policy. They needed me to send it to them. - I called them 6 more times. I dealt with a battery of CS reps that had no answers and couldn't transfer me to anyone who did and could resolve my issue. At this point, I've been forced to file in Small Claim Court. read more

This is the worst alarm company I have ever had, at least this branch is. Not only is the monitoring lax and basically a waste of time but the customer service is worse. If I could give ADT zero stars to write this review I would. I've been fighting for a month to cancel my service. They're telling me I need to pay my entire contract in order to cancel my service, however when I called to cancel my service it was within 3 days of installation- so I shouldn't be charged according to their "3 day grace period". I've been calling them weekly and I keep getting promised I'll get a returned call back. Customer Service is terrible. I'm still waiting for a call back from ADT corporate office which has been 2-3 weeks, even with me making multiple attempts, multiple times a week to cancel my service with them. A technician falsely wrote he/she troubleshooted our devices and fixed the issue when he/she was NEVER in our house. After falsely saying they've fixed the problem and admitting we should be able to cancel at no charge they're still refusing to cancel our contract and they won't return our calls. Due to home renovation projects we canceled our service recently prior to the bill due date. We were advised to call back after the due date to get a full reimbursement for the last month (bill on auto-pay) since we literally weren't going to be using the service. We called back (as advised) and the ADT manager shared that they were not going to reimburse the last month. So, we literally paid for a service that we did not receive/use. We were also given an apology for the "mis-information" shared by their representative who had initially advised us to call back for the reimbursement. We had been a customer for over a decade and are shocked by this outcome. We were planning on re-engaging the service following the renovations but we will NEVER use ADT again! The company really needs to reflect on their business practices and customer service and re-think how to treat customers who have been loyal! read more

I hate to give them one star but have no lower choice. I was a customer of ADT for 29 years and paid by credit card for three months in advance. I called to cancel today and was told that they would send me a refund but would be charged up to July 27. They claim they require a thirty day notice. I spoke to a supervisor who just told me the same thing. After 29 years this is outrageous and I will tell you to stay away. Had a new system installed which is a lot better and they have wonderful customer service and communication. In reading another negative review the answer by Always ADT stated there was no requirement for a thirty day notice. I been thinking about changing security system for a while and I had called some time ago and made an appointment with the Westwood office. The first appointment no one showed. So long story. The original owner put it in when he built the house in 2007. Almost immediately the false alarms started. Our fire department is voluntary so people have to get up and run from bed or the table or wherever. ADT could not find the problem. More on that later. So the original owner kicked them out. I bought the house in 2014. Had them reactivate it in 2017 or so. Not long after the first false alarm happened. Then they started happening more often. ADT sent a tech out twice to fix the problem. Replaced the detectors. While replacing the detectors it went off twice. The fire department was not happy. ADT said it was fixed. A few days later it went off three times in one hour. Seriously. So I called and had them shut it off so they could once again send a tech out. SO how many times since it was put in was a tech out? 7? Anyway this guy said hey I think I found it. You are supposed to have a detector on the top floor where the bedrooms are but it was never installed. No kidding. It might be behind the drywall but it is not installed. So what does he do? He puts a resistor in the one on the second floor so it does not look for the one that is supposed to be on the top floor (2nd floor). So after 12 years and about 20 false alarms, 15 of which are mine it seems to have stopped gong off. The two problems are we do not have one from ADT on the 2nd floor which there should be and now the fire department wants a "donation" of 100 dollars for each false alarm. So I gave them 500 and said I will reach out to ADT. Guess what. They have a whole team of people who deal with false claims. Guess what. They want me to get copys of the times and days and a bill from the fire department showing I already paid them plus why it was there fault. ADT calls you every time the alarm goes off. So they know every time the alarms went off and there has never been a fire yet they want me to chase this all down and get slips from the fire men who where there and for how long. Delay and denied claims. Really in todays tech world they can pull up on the screen how many false alarms they had. Nope it is more fun trying to make me run around to prove they had a false alarm. I say you are better off with a good watch dog that will bark if there is a fire and save your money for a good vacation. Do not use them. Use some company in town who is trying to get a business going. Someone who cares. ADT will not pay your bill for false claims. I think they must reward the people for who many claims they get out of paying. read more

The problems are too many to list - suffice it to say we should have replaced the system when we first encountered these issues and will be doing so now at considerable expense. My debit card on my file had an expiration date that expired. ADT did not advise me. They had a different telephone number on file. They did not mail me anything either. They terminated my service without notice. I then received a call from representative Kevin (Lic #172c) who called me from an out of state cell phone number. The call dropped Mid call. He then called from a blocked number which is against telemarketing law. He told me he was going to re-activate my service and I would sign a new contract and that he could troubleshoot my camera that wasn't working. We set an appointment. He arrived late. He did not tell me that he wanted me to make a payment until he got here and I was not prepared to make the payment to him as I did not trust him. He said I would have a 2 year contract but tried to get me into a 3 year. More "misinformation" I asked him to leave and he became intimidating. He sat on my couch and shredded the contract giving me dirty looks making me uncomfortable in my own home and when leaving tried to slam the door. I held the door so he could not. I did file a formal complaint with the company. I tried to call the his supervisor at the number listed for this location and they did not answer...and I got forwarded to their toll free number. He is a tall lithe young man who appears unassuming but made me very uncomfortable. I am stuck in a contract with a company with whom I no longer wish to do business and in order to get out I have to pay a HUGE chunk of money. 8/16 I got a phone call that the window originally scheduled for the technician to come was going to be exceeded. I was told he wouldn't be here at noon. Shockingly he did show up on time. He has been the only positive part of this experience. He advised me that I did not need a landline phone although the original technician told me I needed to keep it. I cannot cancel that and save some money. He also told me and showed me how to use the app. I was not told about it during the original installation. Props to Adam McKenna! THE HITS JUST KEEP ON COMING 9/7 at 10:45 I got a call from the collections department 866-843-0374 stayed on hold - the automated call told me to call back collections during regular business hours. On 9/8 I called and was told that I owed $875 dollars and would be reported to the credit bureau. LIVID! First an argument that they did not call at that hour via the autodialer and then told I owe when I was bamboozled into signing a 2 year contract. I asked for the manager and spoke with a condescending Manager Edie 1026702 who told me that they did not make a note in the records. I asked her to send me an email and she told me she cannot do that and that I can check back in 48 hours. I now have to waste my time with this garbage and call them back! read more

I activated ADT security in my home. I had to take a 2 yr plan at $35./month. Before the end of the 2 years the rate went to $41.57, but it was for "equipment charge" increase. They charged me for checking out faulty sensors and a $35 system battery. Several malfunctions false alarms etc. at After my 2 years was up, I called to cancel so they offered a wireless system for $25/ mo.! So they've been screwing me for a year and a half for a lesser system! I cancelled. 2 weeks later, they hit my credit card for the mo'ly fee. I called them," oh it takes 30 days to shut your system off! " Screw ADT. There are much better options out there. read more

Do not sign up with ADT. I signed up and paid $650.00 up front. I cancelled within the allowed 72 hours. Now ADT is saying they never got the $650.00 it was the (other) ADT 'Protect your Home' This is absolutely not correct. We cancelled with ADT and went with 'Protect you Home' for much, much less money. ADT, not 'Protect you Home' clearly charged my credit card and they have no record of it. I now have to fax them a credit card bill showing the charges. I also have to dispute this through my credit card company and soon the Attorney General. Stay away from these loosers. To many reputable security services out there to have to go thru this kind of a hassle. My next door neighbor had ADT installed and alas, the installer had no lawn sign but would return with one. Don't use them they lied on the phone to my wife when we moved are system they add 3 YR contract to my old contract which have 1 YR Left when we moved and when I spoke to them they said that they could not do a thing about it. They told me if I would had cancel my old contract that it would cost me a cancellation fee to cancel So I told them that I was being punish by them for trying to keep up with my contract and that that is not fair to me . Corporate office told that there was not a thing they could do about amending my contract and that I was stuck with them for a additional 3 more years if I had to get a home security system I would not use ADT every again. We regret the time, energy and money spent with ADT. The customer service is ONLY good when you initially purchase their system, then all goes to hell thereafter. Our system beeps repeatedly. We were told how to bypass the beeps, but that doesn't fix the problem. We were promised a new system upgrade...never happened. We were told the issues were do to our area, but the company was working to fix it...yeah right. So now there is still beeping, siren problems and a low battery. We were told we could go purchase a battery for $30-$35 or ADT could provide one for $70 with a $25 trip fee. This system has repeatedly had problems the entire time we've had it and when the contract ends in February ADT can go straight to ....... Please know ADT refers you to a local dealer to you. The 800 number hears you and that's all. The local dealer is who you'll be referred to.....prepare yourself to be ignored and lied to for a pretty hefty price! One star is too much! read more

ADTis absolutely the worst company I have ever tried to use. First, their technician did not show up to our scheduled appointment. We called when he was late and were told he was "on lunch". Then, an hour and a half later, we called back and they said he missed the appointment. The appointment was rescheduled for Friday. When the tech came, he could not install the alarm properly. Am work order was put in- but they never called just showed up when we weren't home. Then, they missed the appointment the following Wednesday. Honestly, most of the phone people were rude and unhelpful. This business is inefficient, dishonest, and not worth even a star. read more

It would be one star if this were a review regarding just ADT customer service. Three stars are for the fact that I'm a USAA customer and the USAA rep through ADT was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. Also, the experience I had with the service installer was fantastic. He was very friendly, professional and experienced. HOWEVER, each time I have had the need to call customer service, I get an attitude and the feeling that my questions are actually annoying these folks. They almost say "ma'am" with sarcasm. It is unprofessional. I called today to pay a bill on one of my properties - online it had a due date of Jan 13th but the balance reflected as $0. The customer service rep had no idea why the balance was $0, but she was happy to take my money. Then I asked for a receipt since online things are not reflecting information correctly. Uh, yea, they apparently don't do that. She also could not send me an email with any type of confirmation, nor would she give me her phone number in case I had any issues. "Um, Ma'am, this is the call center (insert sarcasm here), I don't have a phone number to give you." When I asked to speak to a manager, she put me on hold for a good couple of minutes to then tell me, no managers would be available for 1-2 days. Um, seriously?? They are the worst when it comes to service calls. For 20 years every service call is always a 2 person visit. Even today with all the technology we have. A simple call faulty smoke detector. Person on phone I ask will they come with replacement detector.Operator yes I will let them know what you have and they will come with part. Me are you sure yes I am sure says the operator. Today tech shows up. No part in hand and none on vehicle. Ask tech did they tell you I needed smoke detector, no tech says. Called supervisor ask why this problem not fixed in 20 years area a not talk to area b. Axscues given you have old system. Me so why not call and advise me cannot service me correctly today. No answer except sorry . You will have part at your house for Friday for new service call. What about those customers forced to take 2 days off for their lack of customer service? Maybe one of these days they will show that customer service and their customers are important. At this point it is still a pipe dream. Can only hope it changes or look a new alarm company. Beware any service call promised to be completed in 1 day that needs parts. read more

This is the worst company EVER!!!!! THEY do not have good customer service, it takes days for tech help if you need it. They will put you to work to first before they come out as if you're their employee. 6 months guarantee. BIG LIE!!! They even charge you if they have to come at an inconvenient time for them. If I could give a negative rating I would. They win the Emmy for worst business model and most atrocious customer service. Two examples: - Alarm went off extremely loud and I called for service. They asked me to disconnect the battery . The problem was it was behind a locked door and the previous tech had kept the key. They refused onsite service unless I paid for emergency service, more than $1000. We called over 20 times, talked to two managers with no response. We had to reschedule service three times because the tech was too busy or couldn't be bothered. Ultimately, we moved into a local hotel as we were losing our hearing. - Cancelled service when we sold our home. The bills kept coming, as it turns out after 11 years, I still had time left on our contract. I didn't sign anything to commit to that, but several years ago we had suspended service briefly for a previous poor service event. When I turned on my service, they evidently automatically committed me to another two years. It must be somewhere in the 100 pages of fine print. So even after we moved, I am still paying ADT. Because they set up auto pay directly with my bank, they continue to pay themselves. They are the supreme example of a gotcha company. Not only would I never use them again, I use every chance I have to give them a negative reference. Our new security company is half the price and offers great service. read more

I don't even know where to begin. I usually enjoy writing letters or making phone calls about positive or extraordinary experiences that I've had; Not the negatives. The only positive experience that I had with ADT is the customer service (both on the phone and the technicians). Though customer service goes a long way, the overall experience is the "added-value" for me as a customer. This is something that they are definitely lacking because their marketing is quite deceiving. I am aware that it's my responsibility as a consumer to read the fine print and to beware. I was completely wrong to assume that my transaction with ADT would be clean, clear and direct. First, the offer that was advertised to me was not what I received. Even on the phone while scheduling the installation, the representative repeated a different offer than what I called to inquire about and I stopped him to clarify but he still kept me under the impression that I was still getting what was advertised. They then have an automated disclaimer read to you that I'm sure no one actually listens to in its entirety. I was also "awarded" a $100 gift card for signing on. Though this is only a perk and not required by the company, they make it that you have to basically work for it. You have to print out a certificate, PAY to mail it out along with a copy of the first page of your contract, in less than 30 days from installation and allow 6-8 weeks to receive it. I have heard of other requirements for rebates or gift cards such as paying your bill on time for 2-3 months in order to receive the gift, but usually, it just gets sent to you without any hassle. I was then overcharged for my first payment. I contacted customer service, who was very apologetic about the mistake and corrected it by crediting me for the following month. This is when I also found out that I was placed on auto-pay. I did not have any knowledge of it. I asked to be removed and she provided a number that I needed to call. I then called that number and was told that it was an automatic based on my credit score during the credit inquiry when I scheduled the installation. I knew of the credit inquiry, but I am still unsure why this was a piece of information that they neglected to share with me. This may have possibly been part of their strategy for not losing me as a potential customer. Now I am curious as to what will happen at the end of the three-year contract when I will chose to discontinue my business with them. They will probably come up with some other hidden fine print information that says that this was in fact a lifetime contract. I definitely would not recommend ADT due to their dishonesty and their deceiving tactics. Transparency if definitely NOT a component of their business model. Moving forward, I also urge you to do your research and also ask a lot of questions. Even the questions that seem to be of little importance should be asked. Also, read your contract fully even if it takes a lot of time. They are trained to tell you what you are signing but not to tell you of the fine print. Lesson learned! read more

i have been an adt customer for about 9 months now, when i first got their services i was told that i would have $0 relocation fee! then i moved and they said they never said that which is not true!!!! even now that i have moved they came to install my system, someone walked into my house and they sent the cops to my old address! its the worst system ever! i complained and complaiend and told them i wanted my account cancelled and to take the contract fee off! they never respond on time! they have stilllllll my old address ! how good or safe am i supposed to feel!! and after arguing so much! they finally did it! however!!! they refused to tell me they had waived the fee until i got my services moved so they forced me into signing a new contract! which was never told to me in the beginning! i have spoken to a million representatives and they have said to me... good luck with bbb! what a response! i am beyond their services its the worst i dont recomend it to anyone! read more
