Called them to schedule repairs with GEICO as they were highly recommended. Took a couple of days to have them return my call regarding the claims. Called Debbie back and she told me she got in touch with my husband and he said he would look for other shops since repairs wouldn't be done till May/June. Talked to my husband and he did not get a call and did not speak to a Debbie. So basically she lied. Called and left a message and never heard back. Called again today and went to voicemail. If you don't want the business just say so, so I'm not wasting my time. read more

My small little Toyota Yaris hit a pig coming home from the other side of the island. My front bumper was damaged & clips came off. We have geico for auto insurance & we were given a list of shops we could take our car to for repairs. We did call a couple other shops first, only because we had never heard of Bob's before. But the other shops were booked for weeks & Bobs was able to make an appointment for our car in a matter of days. :) When the car was repaired, I went to pick it up and received excellent customer service. It didn't take long for someone to ask me what they could help me with. The people were happy & friendly. & my car was ready to go. But wait, there's more! We were in a recent car accident after looking and searching up and down our insurance company had a great review for this company and we went with it kinda nervous because it was all the way across the island from we're we live but after not seeing my car for almost 1 1/2 months due to everyone being so busy and having to order parts all this waiting was defiantly the best option for us they they did a great job and I couldn't even believe this was the same car when picking it up at there shop.I couldn't believe how great of a job they did and all there hard work of getting us back on the road great job everyone from Bob's fenders repair mahalo read more

Bob's Fender Shop was recommended by Progressive, my insurance company, to repair significant door damage from two different incidents by uninsured motorists. I was impressed with Debbie Omori, the manager, who offered outstanding customer service and called me right away. I went to see her and she ordered the parts and scheduled the work. Everything went like clockwork. Not only was the car ready when promised, it looked absolutely fantastic! The paint was well blended and the car was fully detailed, inside and out. Wife's car was hit in a parking lot, passengers side bumper and fender took a decent whack. The culprit never reported it and there are no working outside cameras at KTA. So the insurance took care of the damage to the 2015 Nissan Versa. Car goes into Bob's Fender, 4 days later it's ready. Wife picks it up and when she pulls into our driveway, the car looks new again. THE WHOLE CAR. I had to take a closer look, I though they may have repainted the whole car. But no, it had a new front bumper and right side fender, but they detailed the outside of the car to make it match the new repair. Even the door jams, quarter panels, running boards were polished, around THE WHOLE CAR, not just the small area that was worked on. I have to say, this is outstanding service. So, about four weeks after buying my new car I got backed into, c'est la vie right? I've never dealt with anything like this before and was still reeling from this big purchase in my life. Bob's Fender Shop Inc. was recommended to me by my car dealership so I thought why not, get the estimate, send it to the insurance company, etc. Well, I called Bob's Fenders and Debbie was able to see me same day to compile an estimate. She was super friendly and explained everything to me, as I am a total novice when it comes to cars. Debbie also let me know that she can arrange to have the rental car I'll need be booked and taken care of through them. Awesome! The customer service here is spot on. I had an unfortunate incident with a pig causing damage to my vehicle . I took it to Bob's Fender. Debbie the boss lady was awesome - repair dudes Curt and Harold were awesome they scheduled me right away and Debbie drove me to an appointment that I needed to be at in and they delivered my car when they were done and now you'd have no idea that I ever hit a thing...they're super awesome I would give them 10 stars if they had 10 stars I have a choice . I was unfortunately rear ended and was super frustrated and didn't know what to do 1st. Called insurance, adjuster came out and I called names from the list of body shops he gave me to get my car fixed. Because the car that hit me's bumper was wedged in my trunk I couldn't drive the car. No Ody would even talk to me because it was a "Tow in" situation. I called Bob's, and talked to Debbie who was SO KIND AND UNDERSTANDING. Car got towed in that day, and I got it back in a ltlle less than a month. Work was done perfect!
