Chris helped me figure out that my issue was my starter, not my battery. Very helpful.

I told them everything that happened and they said I probably shouldn't drive it and blah blah but were awesome enough to let me leave my car there! Very nice guys I think one's name is Tyler! I'll only be going to this autozone in the future!

After my car cranking in a sluggish manner that morning on the 3rd try, it didn't crank at all. However my friend there in Acworth recommended I drive down to Auto Zone which was basically a mile away after we decided it was probably the battery being weak. The 3rd attempt to crank it after the battery (under warranty) was replaced, didn't crank. Lucky for me I had driven to that Auto Zone to get the car checked and wasn't somewhere in need of a tow. By deduction of a couple of things, it was determined my vehicle required a new starter. The attendant ordered the part for me,perhaps Lisa,or either Andrew. While I/we waited for the part to arrive Lisa called a friend whom she knew works for a local repair shop there and asked him to come over and install the starter once it reached the store. He agreed to help out. I had gotten there around about 12:30 and left there at 5 o'clock. Even though it was a long afternoon I was perfectly satisfied with all that they did for me as they totally and unequivocally went OUT OF THEIR WAY that day to help me! Thank you each and every one of you and especially Mike for all of the special attention you gave! It was certainly over and beyond what you actually had to do, and I am so very appreciative! YOU "GUYS" ROCK !

Shops all around town use this Orielly store for their parts, and when a part is defective Orielly sends a new part which Orielly covers plus added labor due to the defective part having to be removed and reinstalled. Not for its customers though. If you buy a part from them and have it professionally installed, the only way to get reimburse for it is to pay the labor AGAIN, just to have it removed, then return it and pay for labor AGAIN to get the new part installed just to hope this one is not defective as well. That would put me at $305 in labor 3x = $915 PLUS $250 for the compressor. I do not have the money to pay for 3x the extra labor so I am still without A/C and $550 down the drain because of their faulty parts and policies to help customers. This store is unfair to customers and only help out their friends in town that have shops. I have been a loyal customer to this store for years and can not believe how terribly I was treated over this matter that could have been easily resolved.
