I always get the BEST customer service at this store. I purchased some items and prepaid online for pickup at the store today, and I accidentally chose the wrong store in the Auto Zone app. I didn't really it until I got to the store. I was all prepared to make the drive to Acworth, but the gentleman behind the counter asked to see my receipt, went and picked up the items, and handed them to me. I thought maybe I would be asked to pay and then get a refund from the other store, but he simply said, "I'll call the other store and get it transferred. Have a nice day." Now THAT is customer service. Totally my goof, but they treated me like a VIP anyway. That's why I get all my parts from this store. read more

My truck wasn't starting due to a corroded battery. Fortunately, this was a day before the one year warranty was up. I mistakenly went to AutoZone, instead of advanced auto parts, where I got it, originally. One of the reps, Josh, tried to help me work things out over the phone with AAP after testing my battery and finding out I needed to swap it out. Unfortunately, AAP didn't have the staffing to install the new battery or return the old one for a refund. I don't have a lot of free time to do any of this myself, so Josh communicated battery options and warranties in a clear, easy to understand manner, tailoring my unique needs to Autozones offerings. I was convinced that the right way to go for me, is to switch from AAP to AutoZone after my discussion with him. He was great with multitasking and working with his team. And, while installing the new battery, he was detail oriented, fast, and efficient. This autozone's leadership and team are clearly doing a great job, and, although I hope I don't need to come over for a repair anytime soon, if I do, I know I'm in good hands. read more

I needed a quart of oil and was going to try and figure out how to do everything myself for the first time. The nicest man helped me find the oil and even put it in for me as well as checking all of the other fluids under the hood of my car. My disabled mother was having issues with her car not starting. We got the battery jumped and went to Autozone to test and battery and starter. When we arrived we met the store manager, David B. He was assisting another customer so we waited our turn. He asked us what we needed help with and went and got the equipment to test the car. He quickly found that my mom was dealing with a bad battery. He provided the cost of a new one and promptly rang us up for the purchase. He installed the battery and was very warm and friendly during the process. He was knowledgeable and efficient during our visit. The folks in this particular store could not be more helpful and assertive. Each time I've gone in, I have felt as if I was treated fairly and respectfully as a young woman. They recently helped me by reading the code for why my check engine light was on. The attendant (I forget his name) was extra careful about helping me correctly write down everything that popped up and even went as far as to explain to me that it was probably a glitch in my car's computer system. Very cool of him! He turned the light off, and it hasn't come back on ever since. He probably saved me about $75 from getting it "diagnosed" at the Toyota dealership. Prices, however, could be a bit more competitive. read more

TL;DR: This is now my car store of choice. Love this Autozone! These guys (and gal) were amazing. The day we bought our car, we brought it to them for Rain-X windshield wipers and rubber floor mats. When we pulled up, I saw an employee (I believe his name was Anthony) helping someone else with their windshield wipers. I was unfamiliar with this car, and I didn't want to accidentally snap the wrong piece off the windshield wipers, so when they were stubborn, we asked for assistance, and Mr. Ethan (if I recall correctly) came out to help us. The young lady whose name I did not catch was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. The day later, when our car issues started (yay for buying from a dishonest dealer), that's when we spent a lot of time with them. The battery the car came with wasn't the proper battery for the car, so we opted to go ahead and replace it to have some sense of stability over the situation. They tested the battery for us. Shocker - it was bad. Mr. Ethan installed the new battery for us, in the rain, and seriously, we could not be more grateful. To the crew at this Autozone, you lot made our day a thousand times better than it had been. Thank you for your wonderful service and sound knowledge.
