The other young lady was still there after I left with 1 customer. Looking and the computer trying to figure it out. It appeared they were on competition on how long they can take to ring up a customer. It would have been quicker to drive an extra 2 miles at another location. The third personnel and next with the young lady trying to figure out the computer and just chatting instead of helping customers. The line was all the way to the entry door. This is the last time I'll go there.

After several minutes, the asst manager walked in from the back. He didn't acknowledge or offer to help customers. When the phone rang, he didn't answer it and seemed put out when his new underling (the kid waiting on the customer) needed help directing a phone call. At that point, I left and went to Auto Zone where I was waited on and treated like a valued customer, even though I am a 67 year old woman.
