When the phone rang, he didn't answer it and seemed put out when his new underling (the kid waiting on the customer) needed help directing a phone call. At that point, I left and went to Auto Zone where I was waited on and treated like a valued customer, even though I am a 67 year old woman.

Autozone system took the first card and then froze the system so it wouldn't work on anything else. Went to get my money back since it cleared my account and they can't find where it posted on their system. Stood in line and on hold for over 40 minutes while corporate kept saying they saw nothing and giving the manager phone numbers for her to call. In the end, she had to leave a message with the details and I have to wait 48 hours for them to determine if I in fact get my money back and then, if I do, another week for them to return it. While it is not this store's fault, I will not walk into another Autozone after this is settled.

Took almost 30 minutes just to get my keys. Although, the young woman in from of me and the young lady behind me had their vehicles brought to the front door for them, without even asking. Also, be careful walking in the parking lot. The employees moving the vehicles don't pay attention. Almost got hit by a truck one employee was driving when he was making a u-turn in the back parking lot. They need to slow down and pay attention the their surroundings.

Staff were ready even opening the store a few minutes early. They greeted each of us with professionalism and courtesy. I appreciate the text notification giving me estimate estimated time of service completion. I was pleasantly surprised when my car was finished early. The manager / main oil technician was rude and I could hear him over and over again talking down to the other technicians. I never saw anyone go underneath my vehicle to change the oil filter so I'm sure that was missed as well. They are slow as well. I sat there well over 40 minutes and it wasn't even busy. Prices are high as well and they love to push you for the " upcharge " on oil and filters ! They are very disorganized. I had 2 different technicians do the same job checking the same fluids. Overall, I hate that Kwik Karr is no longer in this location and it was changed to Valvoline. I definitely will never go back to this location. I did call corporate about all of the issues as well and was told they would notify the " area manager ". This manager never bothered or took the time to contact me.
