I must tell everyone that I have been buying salvage parts from people for over 25 years either by phone, Craigslist, ebay, or traveling to the junkyard myself. Junkyard people are quirky at times to deal with. Other times, they are very difficult to deal with. I've run into some real jerks over the years. And the last time I tried to buy a part through a parts-locator service, the person/company could not give me what they promised, and it took me over 6 weeks to get the charge reversed on my credit card. This company is trustworthy.

He said it was my vehicles computer but I called a locksmith and when I went to them they had the exact same equipment and it took them 90 seconds to program my fans and $ 140 dollars so I contacted my credit card company and informed them of the discrepancy and had them removed $140 from Mr autos payment since he was unwilling to refund the portion that he was unable to perform. Now on 8/23/26 he has called and said he is going to report me for credit card fraud for removing the $140 of $230 he charged and WAS UNABLE to do but still wanted to charge me for. So if you use this place this was my experience here. He did do half of the service and still wanted all of the money.

I couldn't, in good conscience leave a five-star review here. As a result of AutoZone's decline, I've had to shift my purchases to other automotive parts suppliers. In my recent experience, problem areas with this supplier include: (a) a non-competitive pricing structure, and (b) a dysfunctional loyalty program that randomly subtracts points and generates spam marketing e-mails that offer "rewards" and "credits" that don't actually exist. If you are in the midst of a repair and need a part locally, it still makes sense to walk in. Don't bother with the gimmicky rewards program or give them an e-mail address. If your purchase can wait a day or two, there are much better and much less costly options.

Quoting me $500 for hood struts when I can buy them myself for under $20? The list goes on and on. Enter Pep Boys for my car maintenance. Today was my 6th visit to the Berlin location and again I was exceptionally pleased. I've had my alignment corrected, serpentine belt replaced, oil changes, and today a new battery replacement. Brian C is always friendly and speaks in layman's terms. Thomas is fantastic also. I don't feel the need to bring my husband with me for fear of being ripped-off, lady-style. Appointment scheduling is a breeze, and my car is always finished quickly. They provide a nice complimentary inspection report for review prior to your vehicle's completion. I have never felt pressured to add on additional repairs. They alert you via text and email when your car is ready. Every car is unique as is every owner's experience with their car.
